PACIFICO L1006 is a stunning 3-bedroom corner condo that was updated and refurnished in January 2023. High-quality furnishings, plush linens, and a perfectly appointed private terrace are just some of the perks of this beautiful unit. Located on the second floor, the condo faces the quieter pools in the complex and is surrounded by swaying palms, offering shade throughout the day.
Our company manages 140+ vacation rentals in the area so we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property:
Our VACATION SPECIALISTS can assist with transportation, tours, boat trips, in-property services like chefs and spa services, as well as area information.
One of our HOUSE MANAGERS will be your point of contact for any questions you have related to the property before and during your stay.

Guests enjoy all of the benefits of the PACIFICO community, including 4 massive pools, access to the oceanfront PACIFICO Beach Club* with complimentary shuttle, a poolside bar & bistro, a children's play area, access to a member's only gym*, and a newly added outdoor sports area with tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts**. Right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Cocoâs premier development. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. Youâre also close to several area day trip spots â waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation! âŁ
The condo opens to a large, well-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and breakfast bar seating for 4. There is a stacked washer/dryer in a large laundry closet tucked just off the kitchen. You can also serve up a meal in the dining area, with seating for 6. The dining space flows into the large living area with a flat-screen TV, oversized couches, and access to the large covered terrace. The outdoor space has additional dining for 6 and a conversation set, perfect for morning coffee, an evening beverage or a family games night.
Back inside, the principal bedroom sits just off the living space and also has direct access to the covered terrace. It has beautiful furnishings, a king bed, and a Smart TV. The spacious ensuite bathroom has two sinks, a large shower, and a walk-in closet.
Separated from the principal bedroom, the other 2 bedrooms are accessed down a hallway from the kitchen. The floorplan gives guests peace and privacy with ample space between sleeping quarters. The first bedroom has a king bed and the second has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on the top. These bedrooms share a 3-piece bathroom with a large shower.
Perfectly situated, building #10 has easy access to pools, the poolside bar & grill and the main gate and pedestrian access.
Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. Itâs also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).
There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)
PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.
All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.
Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.
*The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October.
*The Pacifico Beach Club may close to the public due to private events at any time during the year. These closures are out of our control, and we try to communicate them to guests as soon as we are informed.
