The space
Our beach home is professionally decorated and offers hardwood floors, and 10 ft. ceilings with lots of natural light. An open-concept living space and large balcony that runs the entire length of the home make it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. It is well-suited for families or couples with a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, 5 burner gas stove, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The dining room features a built-in banquette that seats 6, plus additional seating at the bar for 3. The Living Room is the perfect space to relax with a large couch and chair and a 65” Roku Smart TV for your entertainment. The Primary bedroom features a king bed, large walk-in closet with luggage rack, 50” 4K Roku Smart TV, and primary bath with walk-in rain shower. The Second bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in closet with luggage rack, and 50” 4K Roku Smart TV.
Guest access
Highlights of our home include:
- You'll have access and use of the entire townhome during your stay.
- Access to both neighborhood resort-style pools (heated seasonally) offering poolside chairs, cabanas, and grills.

- Four brand new Trek Townie bicycles are provided (additional signed bike waiver required for use).
- Everything you’ll need for a day at the beach including: 4 beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and beach toys.
- Full sized Washer and Dryer located in the townhome.

NO one under 25 may rent. Parent of anyone under 25 must be on premises for duration of stay.
NO pets. Animals are prohibited due to family and guest allergies.
NO smoking.
NO parties or events.
Other things to note
Guest Beach Access
-Free Shuttle to Santa Clara Beach Access, from 9am - 4pm, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. Santa Clara is a public beach access located at Bramble Grove Place (about 3.5 miles). This access provides a lifeguard, parking and bathrooms as well as ADA access to the beach.

- The nearest beach access is Deer Lake State Park (0.6 miles west of Prominence). TEMPORARILY CLOSED due to extensive renovations including bathhouses, picnic pavilions, and added parking; anticipated to re-open in August of 2022. The State Park charges a “Day Use Fee” of $5/car or $2/bikes or pedestrians for access and parking. Alcohol is not allowed as it is a State Park. It is a bit of a longer walk from parking area to the beach, but it’s a beautiful scenic walk on the long boardwalk with white sand dunes. The State Park Beach is less crowded than any public beach access points.

- Walton Dunes Beach Access (1.5 miles West of Prominence) has a small parking lot but no bathrooms and is located just west of the Deer Lake State Park boundary. While Deer Lake has been closed, this is the beach access our family has personally used. We love the ability to walk a bit further down the beach, enter the State Park beach and have as much privacy as we want.

-Gulf Lakes Estates is a South Walton County beach access (1 mile east of Prominence). Small access that can be easily missed. Parking not available but easy bike ride to the beach.

Golf Carts may be available to rent short-term on a first come/first served basis through 30A Gulf Carts. This is THE ONLY GOLF CART RENTAL SERVICE allowed to provide for Prominence Guests. Additional Golf Cart Policy and Waiver must be signed and submitted prior to Golf Cart Delivery.
