Access to the roof top and rim flow pool, gas BBQ, 24/7 security, passenger and car lift, DSTV and Free WIFI, Mon-Fri housekeeping - ensuring a tranquil and relaxed stay.
The apartment consists of three luxury bedrooms, each with a lavish en-suite bathroom. The living, dining and kitchen areas are open-plan and lead onto a balcony with breathtaking ocean views. The apartment comes with undercover parking for two vehicles.

Room No 1 – is a King / Twin bedded room. En-suite bathroom with walk in shower and bath. Television with Netflix. Digital safety deposit box. Vanity mirror, emergency light, air conditioner. There is a 6-seater dining table in the apartment. Although breakfast is not served at The Murex, special arrangements can be made prior to arrival. The choice of a breakfast basket or chef for breakfast/lunch or dinner at an additional cost can be made when booking. Sea Point hosts a variety of Restaurants within proximity. There is also a fully equipped open plan kitchen in all apartments with tea/coffee facilities including a Nespresso machine, Smeg oven, kettle and toaster, dishwasher, dryer and washing machine. Comfortable seating in Lounge with DSTV and Netflix. As well as a panoramic view of the Atlantic seaboard.
Public Areas:
The Murex has a beautiful rooftop terrace with rim flow saltwater pool overlooking the picturesque Atlantic Seaboard. An ideal setting to relax on the sun loungers while enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee or the sunset with a glass of champagne. A gas braai/barbeque is available for all guests. The rooftop is also available for small functions per prior arrangement.
Services:
We have professional and well-trained staff to assist with your every need. We can take care of adventures, restaurant bookings and shuttle service bookings. Sport bookings can be taken care of by our staff.
In and around the area there is an abundance of outings to take part in. We will ensure that you have a home away from home when visiting us.
The apartment is serviced from Monday to Friday. Prior arrangements for weekends at an additional cost can be arranged.
Restaurants:
We have a wide variety of restaurant in the area. All the menus are available for you to look at. Taxi services can be arranged if you would like to enjoy a bottle of wine or two from the region.
Environmental Responsibility:
Waste Management: Garden Waste goes to a community garden where they have their own composting facilities. We also recycle all glass, paper, plastic, and cans. This recycling process is handled off site and has assisted with job creation.
