Freshly renovated 34 foot Silverton Convertible motor yacht! This boats interior has been professionally redone and offers lots of modern amenities: new air conditioning system, roku smart TVs, stereo system that plays dvds, (dvds available on board), exterior stereo, microwave, new outlets with usb ports, and much more!
Private vberth for 2 and a sleep sofa in the salon! This boat will comfortably sleep 2 or a family of 4 with small children.
The marina offers a restaurant with outdoor dining and bar. Multiple bathrooms with showers and coin-op laundry. As well as plenty of free on site parking.
The boat and marina are located in historic Quincy Mass, just minutes outside of downtown Quincy Ctr, and 10 miles south of Boston.
The local area offers so much. Within walking distance there are beaches, ice cream, restaurants, pubs, salons, and convenience stores. A short car ride will bring you into Quincy Ctr, which offers many more restaurants, bars, salons, as well as historic locations. The MBTA station in Quincy Ctr can get you into the city of Boston in less than an hour.

Do not go out onto the bow/front of the boat. The sides of the boat are narrow and don’t make for safe passage. I have the sides roped off

No more than 6 adults on board at any time. Friends and family are more than welcome, but only 2 adults can spend the night.

No parties are allowed on board. We all need to respect our fellow marina neighbors as well as marina rules. Music is to be set at a easy level

All aboard!

Great experience. I would stay here again, and hope to, many times over. Marina (building on right as you drive in, before larger restaurant building) has clean and comfortable full bathrooms that make this a great option.

Perfect for a short stay

The boat was just right for our needs. Charming, inviting and had the right amount of amenities. nights were perfect for a cocktail on the deck with the sun setting.

Beautiful View

The experience was something we will ever again get to experience. The view is beautiful, the bathroom at the marina is so clean. Also the restaurant by the boat is very good.

Quincy Harbor adventure

Our stay on the boat was unique and exciting. We loved the adventure! The boat was well equipped and very clean. We had the pleasure of meeting David, who was an attentive and friendly host. Two points about the bedding- the futon was uncomfortably hard, and the main bed (very comfortable) was suitable for either 1 person or a couple who want to be close.

So unique!

Such a quiet spot. Relaxing! The nearby restaurant is great. If you don't want to shower on the boat, there is a shower house nearby, and it is newly remodeled and very clean. Great communication with the owner! Couldn't have asked for a better first night of our vacation.

We keep coming back!

Dave was a great host as usual. Ate lunch at Marina Bay and then did a late dinner at Bay Pointe Waterfront. Got some sun while we had some drinks on the boat’s deck. We’re making this our spot!

Dave was a great host ! Yacht was very nice, clean and cozy ! Definitely was a great experience for my fiancés birthday weekend! I Would recommend this yacht and will be booking again !

Perfect ocean escape!

David was the perfect host. Provided his yacht to my fiancé and I while we spent the weekend at Bay Pointe & Marina Bay. We were able to go check out our wedding venue by the Marina and David also gave us great recommendations for beach stays and local cuisine. The space was clean when we arrived. Kitchen had all the essentials we needed. Neighbors were also friendly and talkative while my fiancé and I were hanging out on the deck. Can’t wait to come back!

What an incredible stay aboard the boat. It was cozy and clean and the owner did a fantastic job communicating with me about the property and the area. Looking forward to staying again and being rocked to sleep by those gentle waves.

With LOTS of 5 star reviews, he aims to make your experience on the water an amazing one! This rental property was a labor of love. With lots of time and money spent to modernize the Silverton, the goal was to make a unique and comfortable experience stay afloat on this vessel

This area offers so much for the individual, couples, or young families. The marina has beaches on either side of it, available to the public. The restaurant on site is fantastic! plenty of free Parking. Within a short walk or car ride, you can explore what historic Quincy has to offer. Lots of other restaurants, pubs, salons, historic sites, shopping areas, convenience stores, and so much more. Quincy is a very ethically diverse area with offerings specific to each one. Way to much to list!
