Il a également toutes les commodités de la maison avec toutes les commodités d'une station. Situé dans la tour 2000, la tour la plus proche de l'océan, dans le complexe Venetian Grande nouvelle, son plancher aux fenêtres de plafond permettent dégagée magnifique océan coucher de soleil et des vues panoramiques sur la plage. Il propose ces superbes installations et un luxe inégalé dans le meilleur emplacement dans la ville.

Passez vos journées de travail dans la salle d'exercice avant de marcher le long de la plus belle plage de Puerto Vallarta, où vous pouvez obtenir un massage en bord de mer pour 2, para-voile, body surf, jet ski ou rejoindre une partie de volley-ball amical. Puis détendez-vous en exclusivité, la piscine, à l'un des immenses piscines à débordement de gravité zéro, l'une des piscines de détente plus intimes ou sous l'un des 2 lits personne de chaise, tout en ordonnant la nourriture et des boissons au personnel d'attente près de la piscine.

Dans la soirée, le coucher du soleil à couper le souffle du jacuzzi bain à remous pour 4 personnes situé sur la grande terrasse extérieure avant de prendre le trajet 8 minutes en taxi du centre-ville pour le dîner.

La grande salle a un grand canapé sectionnel extra-profond avec une chaise placée en face d'un écran plat 55 pouces Smart TV avec Netflix et un lecteur Blu-ray / DVD avec un grand choix pour les jeunes invités. La table personnalisée dans la salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement 10 personnes. L'armoire est équipée de serviettes de plage, chaises de plage, un boogie board, des nouilles de piscine et quelques livres et jeux de société pour votre usage.

La chambre principale d'angle offre une vue sur l'océan apaisants aux vues de l'Ouest et les lumières de la ville vers le Sud. Profitez de la brise chaude, et les sons du ressac, comme vous pelotonner avec un livre sur la chaise et pouf où le sol au plafond portes coulissantes ouvrent sur le balcon enveloppant pour exposer le coin de la pièce. Un téléviseur à écran plat intelligent de 44 pouces (également avec Netflix), salle de bains bien équipée avec sèche-cheveux, coffre-fort idéalement situé et grand walk-in ajouter au luxe de cette pièce.

La cuisine du cuisinier bien équipée a toutes les commodités, y compris robinet et réfrigérateur lignes d'eau purifiée.

La deuxième chambre est située dans le coin sud-est du bâtiment, ce qui lui donne une belle exposition sud et un balcon panoramique. Il dispose d'un lit king size, une salle de bains dédiée et un écran plat de 42 pouces.

La troisième chambre a 2 lits queen, une télévision à écran plat de 32 pouces sa propre salle de bain et vue sur la montagne luxuriante, ainsi que des vues adjacentes La Isla Mall, avec son propre balcon.

Une quatrième chambre privée plus petite avec des lits superposés a sa propre salle de bain complète dédiée aux plus jeunes.

Le complexe dispose d'une salle de jeux de l'air conditionné avec table de billard, table à cartes et télévision à écran plat. Un centre de remise en forme de l'air conditionné, un centre d'affaires et 12 personne salle de théâtre sont également disponibles pour votre usage.

Great condo in a beautiful complex!

Martin's condo is great and he was a pleasure to deal with. The property manager Jason and his wife Cynthia were amazing as well. The condo is exactly as described in the listing. The multiple balconies provided great views while enjoy coffee or cerveza's. Grand Venetian is our favorite condo complex to visit. It's the perfect location for relaxing and also close enough to venture downtown for only a $8 cab ride. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 teenagers and had plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely return to Martin's condo in the future. While in PV be sure to pay a visit to La Romantica, you won't be disappointed!

Beautiful views!

Can't go wrong with this one! Condo is beautiful and has everything you will need! Lots of beach towels and linens. Fully stocked kitchen. We stopped on the way from the airport to get a few things we couldn't live without (coffee!) but the condo already had everything we needed. Especially liked that two of the bedrooms had king size beds. The views from the patios are gorgeous! Marty, the owner, was very responsive, usually within minutes. He graciously allowed us to extend our stay when our flight out of Dallas was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. Grand Venetian is a great resort and the grounds are kept immaculate. We ate most of our meals at the pool snack bar - good food and very reasonably priced. They even have breakfast!

Fabulous stay in Puerto Vallarta!

We had a wonderful experience in this condo! We had our young adult children and a couple of their friends with us. We were all so impressed by the spectacular views and accommodations! The owner Martin was very helpful and responsive during the booking and the check-in process. Very well-equipped condo with beautiful grounds, friendly staff, and great location. You can walk to get modern American-friendly groceries at LaComer, Walmart or Costco, about a 20 min walk from the condo and take a taxi back. So easy! You will love it! A big plus was the pool bar/restaurant. Really good menu, happy hour, and good prices! It was great! If you want to go downtown there are so many good dining options. I recommend Barcelona Tapas and LaBarracuda. Try to get a table at sunset!

A getaway for five ladies.

We had a wonderful trip to Puerto Vallarta and highly recommend this beautiful unit. It was roomy and very well stocked with everything we needed, from beach and bath towels, sheets to a fully equipped kitchen. The wraparound deck overlooking the ocean was definitely a highlight of this condo. We spent many hours on the deck playing games and just enjoying the perfect sunset and fireworks every night. The restaurant/snack bar was very good and reasonably priced. They also provided poolside service for drinks and lunches. The waiters were exceptional very helpful and friendly. We will return!!!!

There were plusses and minuses

This is my first negative review after many stays at VRBO's and I have a 5 star rating by the owners so what I'm about to say is difficult. We are a group of retired friends who come to PV for 2 weeks every year. On the positive side, the unit was very clean and well stocked with lots of beach towels, beach chairs, noodles and other items. On the negative side, there was no hot water for the first 24 hours, the burners on the stove worked sometimes and the oven never worked. Maybe not important to some but very important to us as we are foodies who love to cook local dishes and we had booked a chef to come to the unit for a cooking class. Needless to say we were unable to enjoy a full experience because of the problems with the stove. TV remotes were dead and there were no extra batteries to replace them. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of concern by the manager and owner. Many other minor irritants and the problems could have been avoided if the manager had checked the place prior to our arrival and given us an orientation when we were all there. The icing on the cake was the manager trying to charge us for a cleaning which is normally included mid visit. Also disappointing was the fact that the owner made no effort to make things right. All we got was "I'm sorry, it's Mexico!"

Excellent choice for oceanfront stay!

We took a chance booking a vacation in October since it's hurricane season. While indeed hurricane Willa swept by, she didn't dampen our time at the beach. The property staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is meticulously maintained. Every day was filled with things to enjoy on the GV property or out around town. It was easy to get to the pools (best pools ever!) and/or the beach. The condo was everything Martin describes it to be--filled with just about anything you need to have a great time in Puerto Vallarta. The views all around the condo are stunning. Every morning we sat on the balcony enjoying coffee and breakfast while planning our excursions. It was fabulous! Loved sleeping with the windows open, listening to the ocean waves. If there was anything that could have made our stay even better it would be softer beds. :) Carolyn and friends Oceanside, California

Awesome place to stay!

We would definitely come back again-the views were amazing. We could hear the ocean even when the doors were closed! The condo has all the conveniences of home as Martin has thoughtfully filled the condo all you would need to have a wonderful relaxing stay. The outdoor space of the condo is amazing!

Amazing! Can’t wait to go back!

Everything about this condo is PERFECT! Our family loved the spacious living areas and bedrooms. The view was outstanding...as was the property, pools and proximity to the ocean. Walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants....we could not have asked for more. We always felt safe in PV and everyone working at the property was helpful and kind. Ernesto took care of food and drink at the pool.....great service and food! Marty was wonderful to deal with and responded immediately to any query. We cannot wait to come back!

A week in paradise, AMAZING views, very helpful owner

We just returned home from our week at Marty's condo, and it was absolute perfection! The views, the views, the views, and did I mention the views?? WOW!! I could live on that balcony! From the main part of the balcony by the living room, we could see whales and/or dolphins most days. (Bonus: The unit has binoculars!) From the portion of the balcony by the master bedroom, you get a spectacular view overlooking Puerto Vallarta, the ocean, and the mountains (my favorite part!). Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have balconies. The unit itself is very nicely furnished, and well equipped (towels, hair dryers, games, books, blender, paper products, soaps, etc.). I really liked that they decorated with local artwork. My kids (3 and 5) enjoyed bingeing on episodes of Paw Patrol on Netflix. :) The several different pools and jacuzzis were heavenly, and I also liked that there was a restaurant there where we often ordered lunch to eat poolside. The beach in front of the unit was great. The waves were a little rough for our young kids, but we found that they calmed down if we walked slightly South closer to the resort next door (Sunscape). You can get massages on the beach, go parasailing, banana boating, and also rent jet skis or kayaks I believe. Marty the owner was incredible to work with. He answered emails very quickly, and also provided TONS of details to help enhance our trip, such as how to get a taxi from the airport, very detailed check-in instructions, a list of the top activities, restaurant recommendations, and specific instructions on how to work tvs/appliances. The location of the Grand Venetian was very convenient (right next to La Isla mall, and about a 10 min walk to Soriana grocery store), and they had excellent security. Taxis were always there within minutes. A few tips: Barcelona Tapas was delicious and has a gorgeous view! If you're looking to get the 'classic' Puerto Vallarta photo looking down onto Our Lady of Guadalupe church with the bay in the background, try dining at either Hacienda San Angel or La Capella restaurants. One of our favorite activities was taking a water taxi from the pier at Playa Los Muertos back up to the Marina, and then a regular taxi back to the condo. If you need Urgent Care, we took our kids to CMQ Premiere (they both had croup, which they had brought from home, but they still had lots of fun!). It was a GREAT trip, and I would highly recommend Marty's condo! Can''t wait to go back!!!

Great apartment; fantastic location.

Apartment is very comfortable for 3 couples. It is well-equipped and has stunning views of the bay and town. Balcony is large and great for sunset drinks and games. Pool loungers are usually gone around 10ish (in Feb), but taking chairs and umbrella to the beach offer good alternative. A 15min walk to quality groceries (incl fresh bread and beverage section) and short cab/uber to dept stores. Town is 15-20 min ride, with regular uber ($4-5) taking away the hassle of unspecified cab rates (~P220 for (mini)van). Airport is a 10min ride. Owner was very helpful and local manager picked up from airport ($40) and got us started. Place was clean and uncluttered, with generous kitchen and living space (though we were always on balcony). Would go back.

Amazing condo in perfect location

We had a great experience staying in this condo at Grand Venetian. The location is perfect, right on a private beach and about a 10 minute taxi or Uber into town. We enjoyed the beach as well as the pools and hot tubs in the resort. The condo itself is incredible with plenty of room, an unbelievable view and everything you could possibly need. Marty was extremely helpful in planning for our trip, and the family that manages the property was fantastic in every way possible. Could not recommend this place more!

JUST AMAZING IN EVERY WAY!!

My family and I arrived at Marty's condo and I have to say that it was everything and MUCH, MUCH more than I expected. I have been to Puerto Vallarta several times and have always stayed at all inclusive resorts, so I was a little skeptical about staying at a place where we would have to prepare meals etc, but the kitchen is so well stocked that we didn't mind at all preparing meals. With one trip to Costco and another to Wal Mart we had everything we needed for the entire week. An added bonus too is that they have luggage carts to put all the groceries on to make things extremely easy after a trip to the store. The views are just breathtaking and the condo is SO beautiful and spacious and after the week was over we truly wish we had booked for two weeks because we were not ready to head home, but for the future we know!! I highly recommend booking this little piece of paradise! You will be SO glad you did! My mom and I cannot quit talking about it since we have been back. A HUGE thank you to you Marty and your beautiful family for allowing us to partake in this little piece of paradise! :) Terre San Diego

Beautiful Condo, Close to All, Amazing Experience

My family and I stayed in Marty’s condo in July 2016. We travel to Mexico at least once per year and this was our first time staying in PV. Working with Marty on booking the condo was a great experience. The property managers, Jason and Cynthia, arranged to have Gama pick us up at the airport. Just a quick 10 minute drive and we were at the condo. They also stocked our fridge with groceries upon our arrival at our request. I would highly suggest this service, we felt very spoiled. The next morning Jason & Cynthia came by to check in on us and to give us recommendations on restaurants, tours, and things to do around PV. We arrived at 8:30pm so it was dark when we got to the condo. Upon entering into the unit we could see the entire bay with all the lights from neighboring resorts and the city. It was truly a beautiful site. An hour later the fireworks went off downtown which was a perfect welcoming for us. The condo itself is beautiful, we felt like we were staying in someone’s home rather than a rental. The kids had their own room to retreat to at night but their favorite part was their very own ensuite bathroom. We looked forward to movie night with the kids (we brought our Amazon fire-stick and watched Netflix) and morning coffee in bed looking over the gorgeous bay. Our family went zip lining for the first time and it was an amazing experience, a must do! The day started off with us getting on an open air bus that weaved through downtown and the coastline then up to the jungle. We went on 14 zip lines over the jungle and river and ended our day at a restaurant with a natural pool that was filled from the river. The whole day was exhilarating! The tour was called Los Veranos Canopy Tour. We also hired a boat captain named Mario to take us snorkeling for the day. We cruised up the southern coast stopping all along the way to snorkel and swim. Our captain told us about each town we passed, the hotels and restaurants. We stopped at one point to have lunch at one of his favorite places and it was a great experience. I would highly recommend doing a private tour vs. the big tour companies. A slice of heaven

LOVE this place!! The views are beautiful, screen saver beautiful. The decor & layout is so comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked & there is plenty of room. The owners have tied to think of everything. Even if they hadn't, the property managers, Jared & Cindy, who met us to acclimate us to the unit, are easily accessible & very responsive for any questions. The whole process was easy form the beginning. Marty, the owner, got back to us very quickly and gave us answers to all of our concerns and questions. His responsiveness made the whole process so easy! It seems that he has tried to anticipate the needs of renter's at every step. we weren't wanting for anything! The location of the building, with it's proximity to downtown & it's truly sweeping vistas of the bay, are the most impressive part of this comfortable & clean unit. The pleasure of watching the gorgeous sunset every night, even from the hot tub on the balcony, makes this unit so very special! I HIGHLY recommend this condo for a wonderful and relaxing stay in paradise!!!!

Idyllic Apartment & Setting

As the photos indicate, the apartment is stunning. Within a beautifully designed complex of three buildings, this apartment is in the center. When we instructed a taxi driver where to go, he said “oh, the nicest one.” The building is directly on the beach. The lobby is an open design, and you can see the ocean as soon as you step in. Marty’s apartment is the most ideal location within the center building. The master bedroom provides a view of the ocean and the city lights, while still being entirely private. The balconies are all beautiful, but the primary balcony deserves particular mention. We planned our days in PV around where we wanted to be for sunset. As other reviewers have noted, unlike other rentals, Marty furnished the apartment with high end products, which are all well-maintained. The throws on the bed are cashmere, there are flatscreen tvs in every room. The kitchen is fantastic and well-equipped. It is ideal for cooking what you bring back from the nearby supermarket (5-10 minute walk). We used the blender to make smoothies each morning. Marty was consistently in contact, and notably consistently patient. In retrospect, the answers to a few of our questions were fairly self-evident (he has clear labels for the wifi connections), but his emails were friendly, prompt and polite. He provided wonderful recommendations for restaurants and activities. The staff around the complex are always helpful and never intrusive. When in the pool we were occasionally politely asked if we wanted to purchase a drink (and have it brought out to us). The staff by the entrance called us taxis, which always came within minutes. I was worried about getting a taxi the morning we left, since we needed to get to the airport by 5 am. I told the staff the afternoon before, and they had a taxi waiting for us at 4:30 am. When you can tear yourself away from the apartment, the setting is stunning and the city is a lot of fun. There is parasailing on the beach directly behind the complex. As other reviewers have mentioned, there also is a marine turtle shelter within view of the balcony. The zoo, botanical garden and boardwalk are all worth visits. It is not a coincidence that so many people who have stayed here return. I intend to be one of them.

3rd time still as charming as the first!!!!

This was our 3rd stay in this unit and that alone should tell you it's worth consideration. The unit continues to meet all expectations for us and is accurately described and represented in its posting. On site property management was helpful and arranged to pick us up and return us to the airport. We have thought about different vacation spots but all 5 of us just love the size of the unit, private bed/baths, huge deck and large pools. The security and wait staff is attentive and very helpful. Great security presence and never felt like an outsider. Gym equipment, media room and rec area with pool table in excellent condition. The Malecon is even more improved than this time last year so great time to be had down there as well. The units central location makes it convenient to get to local shops, Walmart, Costco and Soriana and Mega. Sunday mornings the main street outside the GV is closed off for pedestrians, bikes and general leisure walks (they do this in Cabo as well) and its a nice time for the family to get out and enjoy the locals, great weather and great food. All the tours and activities are available right on the beach or take off from the Marina ($4.00 taxi ride). We were fortunate to see a giant sea turtle lay its eggs at night and saw the turtle sanctuary staff tending to new born turtles (about 50 of them) that they were set to release the night were were leaving. There is a small sea turtle sanctuary right next to the GV development. Local mexican food favorite Adelita's is just down the street and there are many great restaurants on the malecon and directly on the beach (like the Sea Monkey)- where bottles of beer are just $1.00 and Cabo style Mahi Mahi fish tacos meals are about $6.00. Listen to the waves, feel and smell the ocean and enjoy fabulous sunsets. Although we were travelling with a 16,12 and 8 year old my wife and I never felt crowded in this unit at any time. Its well laid out with direct elevator access that services only 2 units per floor. The unit is stocked with all the essentials - towels, TP, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, beach towels, utensils and has always been clean on arrival. I gladly and highly recommend the unit to couples, girls and guys getaways, families and adventure seekers looking for a fabulous place to unwind after a night on the town or an afternoon of zip lining, snorkling, or sightseeing. The owner is responsive and easy to deal with and all arrangements/paperwork is done well ahead of arrival date.

A Magnificent Stay

Excellent it was! I was so happy the moment I entered this condo. Situated right on the beach with views of all PV. My family enjoyed what will be a memorable experience. All the reviews were spot on, and I love the fact everything was available to you. This is the place for relaxation-a massage on the ocean or lay by the pool or adventure on the beach- with jet skis, horseback riding and parasailing. This place was warm, clean and had a good flow throughout. We had breakfast daily on the terrace and went out for dinner nightly. I will definitely be returning!

Your search is over, stay here!

We have been to Mexico about 20 times and this has been the best place to stay by far! The floor plan is amazing, you can watch the sun rise and set from this 14th floor unit. You can have numerous people staying with you and all have your own space. We shopped at Costco and Sorriano's (like a Safeway) all within walking distance and made great meals in the kitchen that has everything and lots of dishes for a large party. From the balcony you see the whole city of PV and the Bay of Banderous, at night you see the fireworks from the Malacon and the Pirate ship that sails by a few times a day. When we were there there were whales and Dolphins in the bay. The patio is very private with a hot tub and no one looks onto it at all! The complex is a 10 minute ride from the airport and very well located as you can walk to the Malacon an old part of the city which is south and north is a great marina with lots of cool shops and restaurants with a variety of cuisines, Portabello is an Italian favorite. The owner Marty is very attentive and has answered all questions in a timely manner which is very important to us when travelling. We cannot wait to return here and I have given Marty my permission to pass along my email address if anyone had any questions. I have told all my friends about this place and highly recommend it, I guarantee you will not be disappointed, so spoil yourselves and stay here!

Fabulous vacation!!!

We stayed here for a week and it was just perfect! The condo was immaculate and provided everything we could have possibly wished for. The owner was very attentive, the property manager was friendly, and we all felt very safe and comfortable. There is a huge gourmet kitchen, so it was nice to have a large, clean supermarket and a Walmart within walking distance, both with huge bakery and produce sections! There are five pools to choose from with an abundance of lounges & umbrellas, so you don't have to worry about "saving chairs". The staff at GV are friendly and helpful; gym was clean and user-friendly; and food and drink service was available at reasonable prices from the pool bar. The views from the 14th floor are awesome, including balconies with both ocean and mountain views. The beds are super comfortable and all rooms are equipped with modern furniture, fixtures and appliances. Free wi-fi internet service in the unit made it easy to communicate with people in the States when needed, and the huge flat screen TVs were nice for watching movies or catching up on news. We will definitely be returning!!!

We fell in love with Puerto Vallarta on our first visit 20 years ago. The city has an air of laid back sophistication not found elsewhere in Mexico. It has fine dining, art galleries, modern malls & quaint neighborhood shops. It is clean, safe & most importantly, majestically beautiful. The backdrop of the mountains against the deep blue ocean combined with the most breathtaking sunset vistas imaginable make this one of our favorite places on earth.

We enjoy the luxury of the complex's common areas, with maximum resort-like amenities, set in a perfect location. We are located directly on the beach, the other grand venetian building (1000) is located behind us. Our views are unobstructed. Unlike locations past the Pitillal River just to the north of us, or even those located much further away in the Marina area, we are located directly on the best stretch of beach in PV. Just feet away are the beach amenities listed in the unit description. These are not available at many of the less well-situated locations. Starbucks & a modern Soriana grocery store & movie theaters are a short walk away. Costco, Sam's club, WalMart, La Comer (great gourmet section) & the gorgeous Liverpool Mall are all nearby. Full security at gate & English speaking property manager lives on site. No keys are necessary, a keycode lock is installed.
