The large open plan downstairs features the entryway, living room, dining room, a bathroom with a shower, a newly constructed fifth bedroom, and a private bathroom with doors opening onto the veranda. Also on the ground floor are the fully equipped kitchen and live-in staff quarters. Three sets of French doors open onto the covered verandah, which runs the width of the house and connects to the private pool and gazebo. Upstairs features the four large bedrooms and the games room, which overlooks the ocean and houses a pool table, darts, a television, and other games. Thunbergia, allamanda, plumbago, palms, fruit, and other trees adorn the manicured garden.
