Welcome! Hope you will have a great time in Park City; we believe it's a little bit of paradise ourselves and would love to share it with you. We are always very proud of how clean our beautiful condo is, and we are taking extra cleaning steps as well as distancing guests' arrival as much as possible during this unusual time.

In addition to the free shuttle that stops right in front of the complex, you will be able to walk to the Redstone shopping area, fish in your backyard, use all the amenities (outdoor pool, indoor stationary pool, gym, hot tubs, basketball court, etc.) or just use the connected trails through Kimball Junction.

Our one-bedroom luxury condo offers a fireplace, and very comfortable furniture including a Euro pillow top king bed with luxury linens (700 thread count sheets) & beautiful pillows. You will enjoy the water softener (water is pretty hard in Park City), fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine, wireless internet, Blu-Ray DVD, outdoor gas grill, and Adirondack chairs to relax.

Our condo is located in Canyon Creek, near Redstone shopping center in Kimball Junction and the Olympic park, on the free shuttle route, or just a quick drive to 3 world-class ski resorts (Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort now including the Canyons), 40-45 min. to other ski resorts (Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton).

We travel a lot in Boutique Hotels and love it, and believe that it is the little things that make all the difference in the world; we have equipped our place with this in mind, and hope you will enjoy it.

The completely renovated unit has granite countertops, stainless appliances, 9' ceilings, and large windows with South West exposure that brings in lots of light.

Pamper yourself and relax in front of the fireplace, listen to music, or watch your favorite show. Step out and admire the mountain views or just cook out on our gas grill.

The bedroom has a king-size bed with a plush pillow Euro top mattress (not too firm - not too soft), comfortable pillows, beautifully soft 700 thread count bed sheets, and soft luxury blankets for your comfort. You will find thick soft bath towels and two plush robes, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, and a full-size washer and drier for your convenience. If you have extra guests, they can sleep on our Queen sleeper sofa with a Kingsdown mattress, comfortable pillows, and duvets with hypoallergenic covers.

The kitchen is beautifully equipped with quality cookware, an espresso machine, a French press, and regular coffee machine, quality knives, and all basics and not-so-basic cooking tools such as fondue pots, etc. Enjoy some games, lots of candles to create a relaxing ambiance, warm and fuzzy throws, cookbooks, and books.

Great location for a long term stay in Park City!

We did a long term stay at this condo for 11 months and it was awesome! The location is hard to beat and you have super easy access to all ski resorts and hiking trails in the summer time. The place is a little small, but you know that going in. The outdoor storage on the patio is nice to have and keep your ski stuff in. Joanne was super helpful and accommodating and if there was a problem or we needed anything she was super quick to respond. Overall would definitely recommend Joanne’s place!

Wonderful stay close to resorts

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely property. 15 minute drive from the deer valley gondola at jordanelle. A short drive to the shops and outlets at kimball junction and a 30 minute drive from the shopping centres of Salt Lake City. Joanne The host was responsive to our requests and allowed us early access on our first night stay which really helped with settling in quickly. We will definitely try to stay again on our next visit to park city.

Overall Excellant!

Condo is spotless on arrival, furnished beautiful, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. King bed is extremely comfortable, friends used the queen sleeper in the living room and were very happy with the bed. Location is literally 10 minutes from Canyons and 20 minutes to Park City. five minutes to Whole Foods and Walmart. Really an excellent property overall! I definitely would recommend this to anyone visiting the Park City area.

Incredible Stay in Park City!

We stayed at Joanne's place for a bit over a month and enjoyed every minute! The apartment is beautifully decorated, incredibly well-stocked, and just so cozy. The location is convenient, too--it's a short drive to the nearby shopping center(s), downtown Park City, and Park City Mountain Resort. You really can't beat the value of this place, and if you're lucky enough to find some availability, don't wait!

felt at home away from home

i really enjoyed the large king size bed; it was quite comfortable. the walk-in closet provided tons of storage. bedroom has an air filter. patio access from both bedroom and living room is convenient. i couldn't find an ice cream scooper, which was a bit of a let down... lol. fridge is stocked with a brita filter and there are some ice packs in the freezer as well as ice cube trays. the cookware was high quality and i enjoyed cooking with them. central heating+A/C will make this place comfortable year round. the shower is at a pretty low height and probably the worst part of such a wonderful experience.

Ski Trip

We were very comfortable in the condo for our month long ski trip. The cozy condo is well appointed and well stocked. The location was quiet and convenient to everything, walkable or in car. Several maintenance issues came up during the first week. The host was readily available and all issues were resolved quickly.

The access to the shops and restaurants in Kimball Junction is great and the property offers good amenities, such as the pool and hot tubs. The condo is very clean and comfortable.

I miss you Park City!

This was such a perfect set up for me during my stay in Park City for work. I'm so glad I found this gem. This place was perfect for me because it had everything I could ever need and more! Covered reserved parking is included which is nice especially during snow season. This layout would be perfect for single travelers, a couple, or a small group of no more than 4 people. There's a comfortable king bed in the bedroom & the sofa has a pull out mattress. Joanne did a wonderful job decorating and having everything ready for your stay. Kitchen is perfect sized, not too big and not too small & it has everything you need in terms of cookware and kitchenware. Next to the kitchen is the washer and dryer! Yup, I was sold when I saw that there's a W/D in the unit. Also, the water softener is another added bonus :) Cable and wifi is also provided. There is a small gym & pool as well. The unit is located in Kimball Junction, which means: easy access to the freeway, next to state of the art recreational centers, Whole Foods, liquor store, lots of shopping, bus stops and Main st is a quick 10 minute drive (added bonus, you don't have to deal with the craziness of Main St) I was living here by myself and I felt completely safe during my stay. Very peaceful compared to other locations I've worked in. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my stay in Park City. Joanne was super accommodating from beginning to the very end. She was always easy to reach and genuinely cares for her guests. I wish Joanne had rentals in every location I go to for work and vacation!

Stylish and cozy snow retreat!

We loved the cozy ski retreat that we called home for 7 weeks. Clean, comfortable, stylish, quiet, great location, incredibly well stocked kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Absolutely everything was thought of and provided including games, books and candles! The owner was wonderful and extremely accommodating with late checkout and late deposit requests while we juggled other commitments. Convenient undercover carpark, good wi-fi, the bus stop is right out front of the complex and the shops are about two minutes' drive away. A great find!

Summer Escape

My wife and I were searching for a place to escape the summer heat and humidity of South Florida and found the ideal location at Joanne's condo. The mild summer days and cool, comfortable evenings were complimented by every amenity that we needed (and some we hadn't thought of). We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony and the herd of deer behind the condo that captivated us every morning and evening. The nearby Olympic Village, Park City and its shops and restaurants, numerous hiking trails and scenic mountain drives provided no end of activities. The property was clean, well-maintained and we were provided with a local point of contact. Joanne was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her property to anyone visiting the area and looking for a scenic and relaxing getaway.

A Wonderful Condo to Return to After a Long Day of Skiing - Deserving of High Praise

I had the pleasure of staying at the condo for an extended period of time - 10 weeks - and know all the crooks and crannies of the condo, and I must say the condo is wonderful. The condo is well equipped for convenient cooking, easy living, comfortable beds, high-speed internet, a broad selection of TV channels, hosting a few guests for dinner, and an all-around great experience. What's more, the condo is immaculately clean and decorated nicely as well. If all that wasn't enough, the condo is conveniently located very close to the Newpark shopping area with Whole Foods, Smiths, and tens of other stores and destinations, including a movie theater, bowling alley, Best Buy, many restaurants, and much more. I even walked there frequently - the walk is only 15 minutes and a pleasant walk as well. It's also a quick drive to the Canyons resort - just about 10 minutes. Even without a car transportation is easy. A bus stop is located right at the edge of the subdivision and just a 2 minute walk from the condo. The condo provides access to a decent gym as part of the subdivision. While the gym isn't so up to date, it provides basic equipment and cardio options. A few weights are in place as well. I didn't use the pools or hot tub, but each appeared well kept and maintained. If any problems arise, the condo owner Joanne is not only prompt in her reply but also simply gracious and helpful. She is so easy to work with and a pleasure to get to know. I am grateful I had the chance to stay at her place. Overall, the condo was a wonderful housing situation and made my time in Park City such a breeze. Joanne deserves much praise.

Fantastic Ski Condo

I rented for one month to take advantage of the great conditions this year. The condo furnishings are first class and it is convenient to the three ski mountains, shopping and entertainment. With the frequent snow to date, the covered parking was a real bonus! I am recommending to my friends back east. John, Jan. 2016
