Relax at this spacious 5-bedroom home, located near restaurants, stores and amenities. Stroll down historic Colfax St lined with food trucks. Grill up a meal and unwind in the private fenced yard or rooftop patio. This is the perfect spot to recharge before your next adventure. Just blocks away is Sloans Lake Park with 177 acres of boating, tennis and rec activities. Blocks away is Alamo Drafthouse, yoga studios, and dining. The nearby light rail connects you to all that Denver has to offer!

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

This light filled home features 2,400 square feet of living space. Five bedrooms and two and a half baths complete this two-story ranch home in Denver, CO.

Take advantage of the private office space! It includes a desk, chair, and monitor. The spacious kitchen has enough space for prepping all your meals! All appliances are available for your use! The living and dining rooms have enough space for everyone! Relax and catch a movie on the flat screen TV.

The laundry room has all the essentials you need! It contains a washer/dryer, utility sink, ironing board, and iron. Detergent is available for your convenience.

Bedroom 1 (Master): In this bedroom you will have a king-size bed, end tables, and black out curtains for a great night's sleep. This room also features a full size sofa bed and flat screen TV. There is plenty of room for everyone in the spacious, beautiful fenced in backyard! Whip something up on the propane grill or play a round of beanbag toss! Relax and enjoy the fresh air in the hammock!

Parking is available on the driveway and street, where signs permit. Kindly note there is no garage access. Please do not block driveways or gates to businesses next door.

Great property near Sloan Lake

I booked this property for a guys weekend trip with all of us flying in from out of state. The property was exceptionally clean and well-furnished. The living room and rooftop patio were great spaces for just relaxing and catching up. Sloan Lake was only two blocks away making it a great destination for scenic walks. Good communication with property management with clear and easy instructions for check-in and check-out. I would definitely recommend this property to folks looking for a great place to stay west of downtown Denver.

Nice, large house near Sloans Lake

We had 9 family members stay in this home in the Sloans Lake neighborhood of Denver. There was plenty of room for people to spread out, and find private space when needed. The 2 1/2 baths worked out well for everyone. The property managers were responsive and helpful. The house is a short distance from Colfax Ave., a somewhat busy street, but we never heard any traffic noise. The neighborhood itself was quiet. We'd stay here again.

Well-appointed, Roomy Rental with bonus Playground

A large family group with age range from 7 months to 75 years required a house with many sleeping accommodations to attend a Celebration of Life for the family matriarch. Friends/family could visit for meals and socialization so the house worked well for that function also. Location was a plus as it was easy to get downtown for various events or yo our old neighborhood in SW Denver. A tremendous bonus, especially for the children, was the proximity to Sloan's Lake playground and the excellent TV options including Disney +. (I think a 4 year old grand daughter watched "Frozen" every day!)

Weekend Sporting Events with friends

Very Clean. Nice communal space for sitting around TV and socializing. Very functional neighborhood with groceries and restaurants all in walking distance. Remarkably responsive communication with management. Walkable to Sports Arenas. Sloan Lake Park just a block away is a jewel. (birding, morning runs, pick-up frisbee).

Cozy Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at Sloan Lake. Check in was a breeze, the house was well appointed for cooking, cleaning, bathing, sleeping and relaxing. The house is cozy but was spacious enough for our group of professionals. The upstairs patio was a nice place to relax after a long day at the trade show. Communication with management was always fast and helpful. We didn't have time to enjoy the Lake but we did have dinner one night at The Patio, which was casual dining with a great view and good food. Travel to the convention center downtown every morning was easy, straight down Colfax. We would definitely book with AirSimplicity again.

Super stay in West Colfax / Sloan’s Lake

First time in Denver for this group of friends and so glad we decided to stay here in Sloan’s Lake. Roomy home that easily fit 8, and with lots of amenities, including cornhole (which we played a handful of times), dishwasher, SmartTV and laundry. Location was perfect: 5 minute walk to Sloan’s Lake, and 20 minute walk to Mile High. Close to major routes for trips to ballpark, RiNo and Red Rocks. Hosts provided excellent communication and support. 5-star experience all around.
