• We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels also provided
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.
• Please note that we do require a signed rental agreement.

Pet Fee:
• Please message us for pet approval prior to booking.
• Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process. Once added, the $100 pet fee is included as part of the nightly rate (spread out equally over the course of the stay) and in the total price at checkout.
• Pet fee is non-refundable and is a flat rate for the stay.
• Limit is 2 dogs; no other animals permitted.
• Must pick up all droppings from pet(s).
• Dogs must be fully housebroken.
• Dogs are not permitted on furniture or linens.

House Rules:
• NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment.
• Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our cleaning schedules. Unapproved late check outs will incur a $200 fee.
• No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time.
• Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock
• In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Only stainless steel cleaners may be used on stainless steel appliances. Other cleaners will cause stainless steel to rust, so please do not use them on the appliances.
• Visitors must be approved by the host.
• Be respectful of our neighbors. Keep noise volume low and no walking through neighbors yards.
• Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
• Guest must sign a rental agreement.

Perfect getaway for 2

Cute apartment that was perfect for our beach trip. Neat and clean with a nice little deck to sit and read or have a drink. A great location within walking distance to the beach! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood that we enjoyed exploring with our dog. We’d definitely recommend and stay again!

Cozy apartment with a great porch!

We loved staying at this apartment for the night! Convenient to the beach (9 min walk & convenient parking closer). The porch was so cute and the inside was extremely comfortable! Would absolutely stay again and recommend.

The process was great and the location was amazing. Just an overnight stay this time but would love to return for a longer stay. Clean and love that pets were allowed! Host was very responsive and amiable.

Sweet little spot

We stayed here on a quick overnight trip to the beach and the place was immaculate. While it's not on the water, it's just blocks away and in an easy-to-find location. The hosts were responsive and kind. You'll have to climb stairs to get to the apartment, so consider that if anyone in your party has mobility issues. For us, it was perfect and we'd reserve it again.

We’d stay again

This location was great and close enough to fort fisher where we spent most of our trip. It’s also close to the boardwalk and restaurants. The neighborhood was lovely and everyone around was friendly. We enjoyed comfy bedding and there were plenty of linens, towels and pillows. Everything was clean and we felt very safe here. We enjoyed having a back deck and got a lot of entertainment from the squirrels in the back yard. The owner was quick to respond to messages and we’d absolutely stay again.

Pearl Blue Stay

The property was exactly the right size for us. Everything was perfect with the property. Our only complaint was not with the property but with the building next door. Someone left the outside lights on which shone right in our bedroom window. We called the number on the sign out in front of the building but no one did anything. We will certainly try to book this property the next time we visit Carolina Beach.

Nice Location with Potential

My husband and I travel quite extensively. In in all our stays we have never left any negative comments but I would be remiss if I wasn't honest. While the home was reasonably clean, attention to detail was quite lacking. When paying over $700 with taxes and host fees for two nights, the details of the home were disappointing. The pictures make it look clean and homey, but it is not. Positives: bed very comfortable, easy check-in/check-out, communication from host responsive, location is perfect for Carolina Beach/Kure Beach/Fort Fisher Suggested Areas Needing Improvements (especially for the price paid): Bedroom: one of the pillows had mildew or some kind of splattered marks all over it, no dressers or stands to put clothing or even put a suitcase on to work out of, ceiling fan remote had no batteries so we could not adjust or turn off. Bathroom: one of the three bath towels provided had a stain on it, the tub was stained, all grout around the tub tile was mildew, tub faucet was moldy/mildew, shoe molding against the tub was all cracked and mildewy, ceiling register was all rusted, huge crack in counter, mirrors in poor condition, toilet bowl attached in a crooked way, no window covering in the shower allowing the next door neighbor to see in from their window. Kitchen - huge space that is under utilized. No counter space to prepare food on, cabinets are peeling. Miscellaneous - house was freezing and could not control the temp (must be centrally controlled).

Great spot!

This spot was perfect for a weekend getaway with our pup. Great location with options for beach access as well as places to eat/drink within walking distance. Shaun’s communication throughout our stay was great.

Great Location

Cute place and clean inside. The only I didn’t like is the there was no outside lights and grass was unkept. If we weren’t traveling with pets it would ok I guess but night bathroom breaks were not easy. Coming in late was dark too.

Great Getaway

We really enjoyed our time at the Blue Pearl. The location was great, we were able to walk to and from the beach no problem. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into fixing up the beach house. My only complaint was whoever cleaned it wasn't as thorough as I was hoping. There was dog hair from previous guests on the pillows and linens, dead bugs on the floor (one june bug and a hornet) and live hornets nest on the porch we had to hide from.

Great Little Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy beach cottage! The entire apartment was clean, and well kept. We especially enjoyed the little porch on the front and that it was completely separate from all the other units. The beach was just a short walk and very close to a public access. If we ever happen to find ourselves in Carolina beach again we will definitely be back to stay! Thanks for having us.
