The most equipped and well maintained rentable property in the region of Neapolis. Exactly as described in the pictures. Big spaces, with thoughtful design (a lot of ultra comfortable seating inside for the warm or windy days, AC throughout the property), excellent kitchen fully equipped even for the most demanding foodie with absolutely anything you will need, big fridge etc. Beds and pillows extremely comfy (us coming from Cocomat matresses at our own home found them very very satisfying indeed). Huge parking lot and very wide entrance, lots of room to park and maneuvre even a towed boat if you want to. Walking distance to a very nice beach just 100m down the - not at all busy, almost private - road. At the high peak of the tourist season (mid August) when we stayed, only of a couple of people were there at any given time. Internet is very slow and connection very bad (not due to the owners fault, the entire area only has acess to a very poor 5g signal, no other network is available there), so if you have starlink, bring it with, especially if you need to work or have young folks with. Stunning views all around and breathtaking sunsets over Elafonissos. As the place is quite remote and rural, be aware that, especially at night, wildlife is close and around, you can actually hear their packs howling (jackals and foxes) - but the property is well fenced all around and secure.
