It is an excellent condominium, beautiful, with plenty of space and a great kitchen. I suggest upgrading the A/C units and simplifying the paperwork outside the Vrbo platform.

Simple

Simple but cozy. Large gaps in doors allows a lot of bugs in. No cleaning service or office to communicate with.

Not what we expected

We booked a spot in Playa flamingo with the intention of spending our time there. Shortly after arriving in Costa Rica we were advised our booking was no longer available and the company moved us to an “upgraded” stay in a different town. The beach and ocean were not at all comparable to Playa Flamingo and the waterfront had been decimated by the nearby estuary. It was not an upgrade.

Clair, thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. I understand how disappointing it must have been to be moved from Playa Flamingo, especially when the new location didn’t meet your expectations. We always aim to provide the best experience possible, and I’ll make sure your concerns are shared with the team. I hope, despite the challenges, you were still able to enjoy your time in Costa Rica.
