We enjoyed our stay. The location is very close to a nice beach and has a great outdoor area and pool. The roosters in the area will definitely not let you sleep in but overall a great experience.

PR getaway

Our stay was very fun. Place was as listed, except for the burnt down house directly next door. That was a bit of a shock pulling up to the place. But, overall it was very clean, played some pool, and hit the beach!

Yes, you are completely right. Next house burnt a few weeks back. Now, the lot is clean and obviously is evident a fire happened. Luckily, no one got hurt. I'm so happy you enjoyed your time, founded the house up to our cleaning standard, have fun using the pool table and enjoyed our beautiful beaches.

Overall a good stay. Refrigerator wasn’t working and wish they had more towels and some wash cloths and dish towels.

Oh wow, after all the communication, it is so sad you neer mentioned you needed more of any kind of towels. About the fridge, yes you are right. We had a serios power outage island wide and a lot of our appliances, in different properties, got affected. Unfurtenatelly, in this one was the fridge. As soon you notified, we moved fast. We offered ice, you declined, you said you alredy bought and refund is no needed. We sent the technician next day, you noified the situation late at night. He fixed, but 3 days after, we had the same situation. We went there with him and he fixed again. We did all in our hands to please your family and resolve the situation. Our guest satisfaction is our priority. Im so sad about all this.

Comfortable Clean House

We found this to be a very comfortable and clean location to stay on our vacation and provided us with a great home base for our exploring on the south and west side of the island. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The only downside at all was that the neighborhood can be a bit noisy (roosters were fun during the day but not at 3AM) so I would suggest that light sleepers bring ear plugs.

This place is in the perfect location, very close to the beach. This house is spaces, pool table to a big plus and the gated parking for the car. It was clean and Glenda is wonderful and very communicative. The living, dinning and kitchen area does not have AC and those room got very hot. But over all we loved it and will stay here again. Family Getaway

This was the first time our whole combined family was able to vacation together. There were 7 of us total (including a 4 year-old), and this house worked perfectly. There were only a few minor issues...1) no A/C in the living room/kitchen area, 2) the shower curtain kept falling, 3) never could get the hot water heater working (but that could have been user error as there were no instructions for use). The neighborhood is a little run down and there are lots of chickens clucking and crowing all day, but still a definite thumbs up!

Thanks so much for the feedback, specially about the shower curtain. We will fix that asap. The A/C in the living room area was in budget for this month, but Las September, Hurricane Fiona, hit this property really hard. We lost the roof and was replaced less than 2 weeks ago. Thats the reason is not included in the listing. We are one call away if something happens in the property. Now you can tell you had the island life experience with the roosters, birds, iguanas and other roaming animals. Lol I'm so happy your family enjoyed your vacations, that's the goal! See you soon.

We had a great time. There were plenty of eating options, but you definitely need a car to get around. Umami's was the best meal we had in Puerto Rico and it's right around the corner from the house. The beach is so close and loved that there are no waves. As mentioned before, the roosters don't stop, the iguanas are everywhere and the locals play their music during the day. We enjoyed all of it and hanging out on the wrap around porch was probably the best part. There is no A/C in the main living area, kitchen and bathrooms. But we didn't spend a lot of time there, the rooms are clean, they have A/C and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, felt safe with the gates that closed behind us and loved that we got the local experience.
