This cute & cozy house is perfectly situated in the center of Des Moines. Just moments from downtown and within arms reach of West Des Moines. This nook features a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 523 sq ft layout that has completely been remodeled. Fully restored hardwood floors, new kitchen cabinets, new kitchen appliances, new in-unit stack washer & dryer, custom baseboards, fresh paint throughout and all new furniture/furnishings. This home is absolutely perfect for extended stays or TRAVELING NURSES.
This cozy nook is absolutely perfect for those guests on Extended Stays and especially Traveling Nurses. If you're on a budget, need a place to rest your head, on-the-go - then look no further. This rental property offers complementary Live Streaming YouTubeTV, fast and reliable high speed internet, a brand new in-unit stack washer & dryer and all the fixings one would need for comfy home furnishings. The Master Bedroom located off of the family room is furnished with a Full size mattress (or double) and the guest room off of the kitchen is furnished with a Twin (or single).
Guest will have complete access to the rental property. There is a storage unit located in the front yard in which the owner uses as an "Owner's Closet."
All communication will be handled online via the AirBnB text messaging thread. In the event of an emergency our Property Manager Brian Kenny's direct contact information will be provided at time of check-in.
Uber and Lyft are available in the immediate area. A personal vehicle or rental car is always encouraged.
* There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150 for any and all pets. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal. Please be advised that this fee is PER ANIMAL and that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e. Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings).

* QUIET HOURS: The City of Des Moines enforces a strict policy of quiet hours starting as early at 10 PM. Any violation received by Des Moines PD, the booking AirBnB guest will be held personally responsible for paying any fines incurred.

* PET FEE: There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal. Please be advised that this fee is PER ANIMAL and that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e., Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings).

* Please be sure to shut and lock ALL DOORS throughout the entire property prior to your departure. This will include the following:

* Take out the trash prior to your departure. All TRASH can be disposed of in the BLACK trash bin located in the front driveway directly behind the garage. All RECYCLABLE ITEMS can be disposed of inside of the BLUE trash bin. Please be sure to replace the trash can inside with a new liner.

* Strip all beds of any dirty sheets, pillowcases, used linens and place them inside of the washing machine prior to vacating the premises.
Â
* Absolutely NO SMOKING inside of the house (Outside ONLY). An additional $250 FINE will be incurred. Please be sure to pick up your cigarette butts after yourselves.

* Empty fridge of all personal items or leftover food.

* Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

* Be mindful and careful of other people's property.

I am attached at the hip to my beautiful partner Sage Honga of 8 years and counting - and as of recently we have the most beautiful daughter who was born on June 3rd, 2020 right here in Scottsdale.
