Great experience

We had a great stay at the property. The amenities at the property were very nice and it accommodated 7 people very well. One thing to note: the bedroom with the separate twin beds didn’t have a door. This wasn’t an issue for our guests but it would be something to note for a different make up of visitors. Overall a great experience!

Family Hampton Trip

So thankful this property was available. Super cute and just the right size for our weekend. Pet friendly and a short distance to Grandview. Great communication with manager and easy check in/out. We would totally stay here again. Very clean. Neighbor was nice and quiet. Only downfall was bathroom doorway/ceiling/shower was low … we are a tall family and 6’5” had to duck lol

Great home, great location.

The space is less than 15 minutes from the beach. Convenient location, clean, comfortable, and plenty of linens and beach supplies. Heather was responsive and host instructions were clear and thorough. Overall a great experience!

A few days in Hampton

The house was perfect. Most impressively was everything in the house is very nice. I’ve stayed at a lot of places that look nice but once you’re there the appliances are old and the furniture is lumpy and creaky. Not here. Comfortable furniture and nice new appliances. This made it so comfortable and easy to live in.

Great family house by the beach

This was a wonderful stay, it’s just a 5 minute drive to the beach. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated and the property owner was very helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely stay there again.

Had a very nice time at Heather’s property with our family of five. It was comfortable, cozy, and relaxing. The kitchen was well appointed and the washer-dryer units were quite helpful. We’d happily stay here again!

Great getaway

The house was only 30 minutes from Busch Gardens and Williamsburg which made it a great location. Loved the Nature Preserve close by as well as Buckroe beach. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely place to stay

We came for the weekend to attend the Air Power Over Hampton Roads Air Show. This was the perfect place for us to stay. The house was lovely and quaint. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. The neighborhood is quiet and the sunsets were beautiful. Great for walking the dogs! We were really excited when we got to see the Thunderbirds practicing right from the house. It was so cool because our son in-law is one of them. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we loved the eat in kitchen. -This shouldn’t stop you from enjoying this lovely home, but I do want to point out a couple things to keep in mind. The room with the twins beds are perfect for kids, but it doesn’t have a bedroom door. If you’re tall you may need to duck when going into the bathroom because it has a low ceiling. Not to worry though because the rest of the house has tall ceilings. I point this out because my husband is tall but he was fine with it being low. We would definitely stay here again, weather attending an air show, sightseeing, going to the Theme Parks, spending time at the beach, or just having a weekend get away. Our host was wonderful, thank you so much Heather! We loved your home and your hospitality.

Long Relaxing Weekend

This house was perfect for our stay. There were three of us, and there was enough room to spread out. It was in a quiet, safe neighborhood, where we took several walks. Comfy beds. It was clean and had ample towels. It was near Phoebus where we ate out several times, although we also cooked in the large kitchen at times. We visited several nature preserves/beaches nearby. A handrail on the two front steps would be appreciated by senior occupants. Would definitely book this again. Thanks so much!

Sweet Cottage

My family absolutely loved staying at this sweet place for 2.5 weeks. Comfortable and well stocked. Great quiet neighborhood with the most friendly neighbors. We took walks after supper which was always enjoyable. Went to the beach and the weather was perfect. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to family and friends. Location was prime for the things we wanted to do as a family. House was the perfect size for four adults and a toddler. We had mostly everything we needed, great AC during the recent heat wave. Prepared and enjoyed several meals together with great local seafood options nearby as well.

From start to finish this stay was incredible, we had a wonderful vacation, this property felt like being home. It was so cute, and an absolute perfect location. The neighborhood was very quant. We even met a neighbor who was friendly. The host was extremely attentive to me/us. I really just cannot boast about this location and experience more. LOVED it and will try to continue renting this property whenever I come into town, if possible. Thank you!
