Perfect villa right on the beach

The location was perfect to the beach, lots of restaurants at Atlantis (15 minute walk), we appreciated the drinking water, very quiet and safe. Restaurant violas on site good food (recommended reservations especially weekends).

Great stay

We had a really great stay and there were so many little conveniences provided that made the trip SUPER easy: beach towels, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and a 5 gallon jug of water with a pump to minimize plastic usage. The property is a little dated if that bothers you, but the property is clean, spacious, and convenient. We would return!

Great location/villa needs updates

The property is in a great location, steps from the ocean/beach and within walking distance to Atlantis and restaurants. The villa inside needs a lot of updates and if you are ok with outdated appliances this is the place for you. Pool is not heated but clean and nice.

Thanks for a great stay

We are so happy that we decided to book this property for our six nights stay in the Bahamas instead of a hotel – they said everything we were looking for, beach, access, literally steps away, semi private pool right out of the front door, and 10 minute walk to Atlantis resort, Marina village, and other attractions while also being a comfortable distance from all the bustle and noise of Nassau proper. The condo was very comfortable for us and our two kids ages 10 and 12 and it was so crucial to have two bathrooms, a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and especially the washer dryer in unit! Thanks for a great stay.

Property was just as advertised.

Enjoyed our stay. The condo was just right for the four of us. (Two couples.). Great spot on Cabbage Beach. Nice, relaxing pool. Overall a very relaxing and quite environment. The in-house restaurant (Viola’s) serves good food and is affordable. All the staff were always accommodating and very friendly. Would definitely go back to Sunrise Beach Villas.

I highly recommend this rental apt. It is well stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable visit. Very clean, Lots of towels and other linens. Ceiling fans and central air. Games, Books, beach chairs etc! Host Dan is receptive and informative. Seriously a 10 place

Better than we could have imagined!

This was our 1st trip to the Bahamas, and our 1st time using VRBO. Dan was exceptional in his communication with me, weathering all of my questions with ease, timeliness and professionalism. The property was great! Spacious, clean and perfect for our family trip. The kitchen was well stoked with tools and cooking materials. Having an in unit washer was clutch for us. We recommend this property highly!

Such a gem!

We had an absolutely perfect stay. Quiet, beautiful, wonderful pool, and steps to the beach. It was perfect for our family of 5. Our kids loved being able to walk down to the beach for the morning and then come back for a swim at the pool in the afternoon - so easy! And we loved putting them to bed and being able to relax on our patio while listening to the ocean :). Dishwasher, laundry in the unit - we seriously couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. We’ll definitely be back! Easily accessible to Atlantis but we preferred hopping in a cab to explore Nassau. Very fun area. Thanks for a great vacation!

Spring Break

Our family of 4 were here to celebrate spring break in April before our oldest leaves for college. The location was absolutely perfect. It was quiet and restful. We so enjoyed sitting on the gated outdoor deck for morning coffee which overlooked the pool followed by the ocean off in the distance. The condo was comfortable and well stocked, and the kitchen well equipped which we appreciated. It was also a convenient location as the Atlantis or shops in town were just a 10- or 15-minute stroll. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurant which had good food and drinks and also provided takeout. The beach was just steps off the pool deck and was absolutely stunning with very few people. The ocean was a great temperature for swimming, and we had perfect weather every day. Paradise Island lived up to its name! Dan was a wonderful host and provided us with great information before we arrived and was super responsive throughout our stay if had any questions. Thank you so much for sharing your home. We would love to return soon!

Beautiful peaceful complex

We loved sitting on the patio enjoying the peaceful view. We stayed for a week in January 2024. We thought we were the only ones in the complex it was so quiet. The condo was well stocked with everything you could need. Great lay out and spacious. Dan was always so quick to communicate with any questions we had, it was nice to be able to walk out the condo right to the gorgeous beach, Violas was a great place for a drink or meal. They were nice to give us coffee to go before we were able to stock up on groceries our first day. Close to walk through Atlantis and the beautiful marina where there are numerous places to eat and a few shops. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. Catherine

Great villa, great location

My son and his 3 friends stayed in this unit for a high school graduation getaway. The villa was roomy enough for them and was fully equipped. This unit even had a washer and dryer which was convenient to dry wet towels and bathing suits. It had all the bed linens and bath towels needed. The grounds were clean and there was security 24/7. Tammy and Ken who own the unit were great in answering our questions. Renting this unit was easy and the location was great. The boys were able to walk to Atlantis as well as some restaurants. The beach was uncrowded and lots of offers for water sports. Bring your snorkeling gear because we saw fish and stingrays everyday, it was great!!! There is a beach bar in front of the hotel on the beach and a gazebo offering massages. We can't wait to go back to paradise.

Great Spot on Paradise Island!

We just a fabulous 5-night stay at the Sunrise Beach Villas on Paradise Island in Nassau. Terrific location between the Four Seasons and Atlantis - an easy walk to numerous restaurant and shops. There is also a very reasonable restaurant right on the property. We enjoyed a nice dinner there one evening. The 2-BR, 2BA unit is exactly as advertised. It is roomy and comfortable with all the conveniences at hand. It came very well supplied with kitchen items and paper products - a very nice feature. Dan was kind enough to extend our checkout - really a bonus since our flight did not leave until later in the day. Check in was super easy
and checkout even easier since all Dan asked was for us to leave the unit tidy. We were expecting to some laundry, take out the trash, etc. We would have been happy to do that but Dan said not to worry - just enjoy our extra time. We hope to return!

Sunrise Beach Villa 9

Our family of 4 stayed 6 nights at the villa, and we loved it! The place is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The property is wonderful, it was quiet, and the beach and pools were so close and just beautiful. The staff in the front office were extremely cordial and helpful, and Viola's restaurant on property was really good and very affordable. We (especially our 11 year old twin boys) really enjoyed the excursions we took to Atlantis (getting the day pass for the water parks) and the Powerboat Adventure (we fed iguanas, stingrays, and snorkeled just feet away from sharks!). Both excursions were NOT cheap, but when you go to the Bahamas spending lots of money is part of the vacation. It was nice to come back to the villa and cook our meal or just to order out at Violas. We also got to see fireworks on July 4 on the beach that Atlantis provided (free!). I would definitely recommend this property! The one suggestion I have for the owner is to maybe provide an information booklet at the villa for people to be familiar with the property, such as check in , check out, suggested restaurants, excursions, taxi info, etc.

A hidden gem!

Loved our week at number 9, Sunrise Beach Club. Condo was perfect for two couples. Loved the pool, beach, and Viola’s. And, the super friendly people! One suggestion
thermal or plastic glasses for pool drinks :)

Perfect location

We had a great time. Location is great, right on a beautiful beach. Washing machine didn’t work when we got there but the owners had it fixed before the day was over. We felt very safe during our stay and the property managers were very helpful.

Beautiful beach side stay !

Lovely condo owners who communicated stay details clearly and timely. Location was excellent - safe and on a beautiful beach and 5 min walk to Atlantis. Condo was well stocked with amenities and the 2 pools and restaurant onsite was enjoyed ! The condo needed some updates but overall we enjoyed our stay and were comfortable there for our family vacation.! Thank you!
