Luxury Totally Renovated 3 bedroom Villa less than 10 minute walk to Beach!

If you are looking for a family beach rental that offers more than the traditional high-rise condo experience, then you have found the right listing. This is a two story end unit villa that opens to a private courtyard, is attached to a large flat front yard and has an enclosed 13' x 23' patio with access to a community pool. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk from a safe inviting neighborhood. Also it is only a short distance from Main Street and all of its shops, restaurants and beach bars.

After a long day at the beach or enjoying Barefoot Landing (4 miles away) or golfing at one of the many local golf courses (two within 2 miles), spread out in this spacious elegant atmosphere. The renters have full access to the front yard where kids run around - people play corn hole and practice catching baseballs. The sleeping quarters are all upstairs leaving the ground floor for a dining area, chef's kitchen (fully stocked), living room with large TV and electric fireplace. Full size washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen as well. The patio has dining, seating area with lounge chairs and grill. The community pool is also a favorite spot with new pavers and furniture, not to mention the courtyard shared with only one other unit. This is what beach vacations are all about!!

This unit (A-4) and the one connected to it by a private courtyard are both 100% new on the inside - they are offered by the same owner and if both are rented together they can host groups up to 14 people. This 3 bedroom unit(A-4) unit sleeps 8 and the adjacent unit ( A-1) sleeps 6. (Vrbo 2790865) and can be rented with A-1 (Vrbo 3293193)

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath villa with 1500 sq. feet inside and a 300 sq. foot enclosed patio outside. It has 2 dedicated parking spaces and motorcycles are allowed at this property, but NO PETS..

The interior is modern and very well decorated with a coastal vibe.

The home DOES NOT ALLOW SMOKING NOR PETS and HOUSE PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!!! WE DO NOT ALLOW CHAPERONED GROUPS OF ANY KIND AND IF RENTING TO A GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS THEN ALL PERSONS IN THAT GROUP MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

A lovely time

We had a lovely time staying here. The house was perfect for what we (four adults) needed. The kitchen was very nice and we really enjoyed the little outdoor/patio space. The house had some beach stuff like chairs and boogie boards. There lots of nice cookware and other kitchen supplies. The beds were were very comfy. The bathrooms were nice. The neighborhood was very quiet. My parents really enjoyed the poor.

Beach vacation

Overall this place was amazing to stay. Next time we go we should probably rent a golf cart since it was a good walk to the beach with a wagon. Very clean and pool felt amazing!

Clean, Updated unit, 10 min walk to the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and updated unit, short walk to the beach. Well equipped unit: from the kitchen , lots of hangers I. All of the closets, cooler, wagon, chairs, sand toys for the beach. My husband likes to cook and was impressed with the kitchen supplies: good knives, spices, leftover containers. Enjoyed walking to Main Street for ice cream at Melt!
