Situated on a wide cove perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing, with 2 docks (1 covered). Rent a boat from the nearby marina or launch your own from the Townville Landing, 1 mile from the house.
Enjoy the beautiful screened in porch with awesome views of a private wooded lot and the gorgeous lake. Outdoor fire pit, level yard and a short flat walking path to either dock.
Dock parks up to two boats. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat or rent one. Guests have access to a canoe, three kayaks (two sit on top, one sit inside ), a large floating lily pad and many floating toys like noodles.
The shoreline , next to dock is accessible to wade into the water, is mostly a red clay bottom.
We are available via messaging but do not interact in person with guests.
In a quiet residential neighborhood, known as the Coneross Creek area of Lake Hartwell , that many enjoy walking and biking because of the location's wide flat road.
There are three downtown areas to explore that are under a half hour drive way from 211 Sandy Lane, Townville, SC 29689 :

Private asphalt circular driveway, spacious enough for boat trailers and easily park four vehicles. Townville boat ramp is less than mile away, easy to walk to and then just a a few minute boat ride to the home's dock.
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, sleeps eight guests, and has a washer/dryer!
Year round waterfront access from the docks, even when the Lake draws down, this cove maintains a high enough water level to dock a boat and enjoy water activities.

Upper Level: Comfortably sleeps eight. Large master bedroom with king bed, master bath walk-in closet. 2 sets of bunk beds in second bedroom. Second Master with king size bed
