Located on the third floor of the KLABAUTERMANN 3 building, it features a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area (about 31 sqm), a small balcony (2 x 2 m), a hallway with a writing desk, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The apartment's ceiling heights reach up to 4 meters, creating a unique charm. For additional guests, a sofa bed is available in the living area. Guests can enjoy a shared infrared sauna located within the development. A bicycle storage room is also provided. Electricity and water costs are included in the rental price. For added comfort, linen and towels can be booked for approximately €24 per person, with beds made upon arrival. Dogs are welcome, with a fee of €80 per dog per stay.
