The Space:
The space

Beautiful Unique 6 Bedroom, 6 bath Townhome in gorgeous Playa Miramar. Just steps from the Beach, boasting one of Mexico's best Beaches. White Sandy Beaches (no rocks!) where Shells are Plentiful but the crowds are not. The beach feels like you have it all to yourselves in this security gated community. Sit under our amazing margarita deck palapa and enjoy sunrises and sunsets with your favorite drink in your hand. Cook meals on our charcoal grill on the roof while you watch the surf roll in. And when it gets dark, flip on the café lighting for some games while the moon rises over the ocean.


The house is divided into 2 identical townhomes which are joined internally with a door. You can rent each individual unit or together to host a large group of up to 16 people! The first floor has 2 King Size Bedrooms and connected Bathrooms. Move up to the Second Floor where you will find 4 Queen Size Bedrooms each with connected Bathrooms, 2 living rooms with Sofa Sleepers and 2 fully equipped kitchens for all your cooking needs. The living rooms have streaming TV's and the home has great high speed WIFI. Just a 3 minute walk to the Beach.



This Townhome in Miramar is a 5 minute drive to the Mayan Resort where you can play a round of Golf on the Jack Nicklaus Course, arrange for Spa Services and Dine at one of the many Restaurants and Bars. The Mayan Resort offers happy hours from 10am to 7pm spread across various parts of the property. Also, don't forget to book your excursion trips with them!! The house is only 26 minutes from town where you have many fun dining and shopping options. Pets welcome!

Family vacation

Everything was well thought out. We had everything that we needed and more, from restaurants, hospital and police station and beach life. Property was very homey and welcoming. We enjoyed our selves and would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks for sharing your incredible home with us.

Beautiful Beach view

This the house was amazing, 2 minutes from the quiet beach, and the rooftop was the best part! My guest loved it and we will be back soon. Was able to reach the Host when needed. House has everything you need.

Great place

This is a beautiful, peaceful home with sweeping views of the ocean. It has two kitchens and 6 bedrooms so it's great for large groups. However, it is 45 minutes from the malecon/city so it's not close to activities in Puerto Penaso--but perfect if you want privacy. The house is on three separate levels: 2 bedrooms on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor with 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms, then the rooftop floor with lounge chairs, tables, BBQ etc. Again, this is perfect for large groups who want privacy. The challenge for us is that we had several elderly people in the group that could not go past the first floor. The stairs are steep, slippery tiles and definitely not safe for anyone with mobility issues. Again, a beautiful space but not appropriate for some groups.

Bad experience

House was ok, little far(20 miles) from main city. No direct access to the beach, had to go through empty lot.We were fine with it as our goal was to spend quality time with our friends and family which we did until the power went off(Low power so no AC or dim lights or fans running as well as stove not working). Called owner and they sent some one who did not know how to fix the issue. Asked around other houses and they all had power. Owner offered to give us another house which was 30 min away which we did not accept as we have to pack everything and unpack for a stay which is less then 24hours. We explained the same but owner refused to refund us the money because she offered a alternative place. Others might be ok with alternative option but for our group it was not worth it but definitely a disappointing experience for us as we expected a better service in terms of refund. This is our 11th year visiting Rocky point and we had good experiences with other VRBO's.

As hosts we try our best to make every guests stay, memorable. Our reviews speak to that. On the last day of their stay Sunday we received a message that something was wrong with the power, that they still had power, but not enough to run the AC's. Anita was supposed to call us back in one hour if it did not improve. Two hours later,her husband called screaming for us to come and fix it. We immediately put a call into CFE our electric company for a service call. But we are in Mexico and it was a Sunday Afternoon. One of the owners my husband went out to double check that it wasn't something simple. He tried to explain to Anita's husband that we had put in a service call, but here in Mexico we are not allowed to Open the Meter Box, it has to CFE person only. He tried to explain that he didn't feel that CFE would come out till Monday. We offered them an extra day stay, which we understand they couldn't stay, and to move their group to a Beachfront home we had available 20 minutes away. All this time the husband was berating and yelling at one of the owners. They decided to pack up and leave. I called into VRBO and let them know that we would no longer Welcome this group to any of the 15 properties, we manage. This was out of our control, we tried to remedy the situation, with reasonable ideas & was met with hostility. The report was the meter failed and CFE had to put a new meter. We go up and beyond to make our guests happy. But can not tolerate hostility.

we had a wide range of family ages and the vrbo facilities made all of us comfortable. All of the families needs were met. That is, we had room for all and privacy when you needed. The home made us all feel comfortable. That added greatly to our vacation. The information book left for us was so important. We knew where everything was located, how it worked, suggestions of places to eat, eventsm and other good information
