Summary:
Direct beach frontage on East Grand Traverse Bay! This spacious, mindfully appointed 3rd Floor luxury condo provides every convenience of home plus some. Its casual elegance, and close proximity to all the things you want to do Up North makes it the perfect hub. Gorgeous view from the large, comfortably furnished, covered patio!
All guests must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
As required by HOA rules, both an HOA lease agreement and an HOA renter rule agreement must be signed prior to arrival.

This villa is 2,000 square feet in size.

To add to the luxuriousness: All bathrooms have heated tile flooring to keep our guests most comfortable, and the master has a large double sink along with a double shower.
When you are ready to head outside, grab the beach towels provided and enjoy the private sandy beach in a lounge chair or make your way to down town Traverse City to explore. Just down the road, you'll find a variety of local restaurants, as well as your favorite national franchises. Check out the area's wineries, breweries, and distilleries! And if you decide to stay in, the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cookware. You can keep the cook company while perched on one of the bar stools at the counter top, and enjoy your meal overlooking the water at the nearby table for 8. The living room is equipped with ample and comfortable seating as well as a smart TV over the fireplace to stream any and all of your favorite shows over a foosball coffee table.
There is a grill on the patio, it is only available April-September due to snow and wind in the fall and winter.

- A minimum stay of 7 nights is required from June 1 to August 31 each year.
- A minimum stay of 3 nights is required from September 1 to May 31 each year.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
