✨ History: The Thomas Waring House, built around 1853 by banker Thomas R. Waring, showcases a blend of Greek Revival and Italianate Architectural Styles. The building's features include overhanging eaves with decorative brackets, a south-facing piazza with large arched openings, and two chimneys with Gothic bishop caps. Originally a residence, it later became a store in the mid-20th century before being renovated into apartments in the late 1970s.

- Hardwood floors, elegant decor, and original fireplaces (decorative only for safety).
- Stylish furniture, brand-new appliances, and ample privacy.
- Each bedroom boasts a private bath and flat-screen TV.

🛌 Unit A Features:
- Spacious 3-floor layout, ideal for 10-12 guests.
- 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms (2 king beds, 4 full-size beds, 1 bunk bed, and 1 twin bed).

🚪 Access and Entrance:
- Entrance/exit on Ashley Ave with a beautiful landing area.
- Full washer/dryer on the first floor.
- Emergency exit through the kitchen with a spiral staircase to the backyard (locks behind).

🍽️ Main Floor:
- Kitchen with brand new appliances and large quartz island (seating for 4).
- Open living room with wet bar, L-shaped sofa, and porch access.
- Porch with southern-style swing and picnic-style table (seating for 12).

1. Main Floor:
- Bunk Bedroom: Two full-sized mattresses, mounted flat-screen TV, mini-split AC, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

2. Second Floor:
- Bedroom 1: Twin-size day bed (convertible to couch), small white dresser, mounted flat-screen TV, mini-split AC, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 2 & 3: Each with a king-sized bed, side tables, closet space, flat-screen TV, en-suite bathroom, and access to porch.

3. Third Floor (Loft):
- Bedroom 4: Four full-sized beds, lamps, built-in drawers, large armoire for storage.

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
