This Loft offers an industrial urban lifestyle that truly showcases the history Kansas City has to offer, including a HUGE outdoor terrace/deck area. Enjoy the best class amenities in town, including a newly renovated Grilling Station & Deck, 24-HR Fitness Center with Free-Weights, a Sauna & more. Two of the guest bedrooms are loft styled, so while the entry way is secluded, there is no separate door for these bedrooms.

Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service.
Parking: We can provide in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team. We cannot guarantee that oversized vehicles will fit.
Package and postal delivery may not be available at this building. Please contact our team for more details.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay.
For the protection of all parties, the booking party will also be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card prior to check in. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose

- A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all stays. Check-in instructions will only be sent if the deposit has been received.
Please be aware that while we strive to provide a peaceful stay, we do not have control over external factors, such as building maintenance or construction in the building or in the general vicinity. Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. We recommend contacting us before booking if you have concerns about potential noise during your stay. Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.
