The apartment is located on Riga’s most prominent street, Elizabetes, across the street from Berg Bazar and next to the Vermanes Park.
The apartment has one bedroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Free 5G WiFi, an fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a bidet and a washing machine & iron. Bath Towels and bed linens are offered. The apartment is back from the street so there are no street noise. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021.

*The Kitchen and living room is nice and spacious, with lots of sun light. The main room includes living room + kitchen and is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed (can be arranged into a comfortable bed) and big windows overlooking to the beautiful and quiet backyard.
*The bathroom has a shower, toilet with modern hand held bidet and hygiene supplies.

Neighborhood description
The house is located in the historical center of Riga - next to Vermanes Garden and close to Origo Shopping Mall, Railway Station and Central Bus Station. 5 minutes walk to Old Town, National Opera House, various art galleries, and must-visit museums.

Safe and quiet neighborhood. The building is located on a side street with no high traffic and is safe for children. In Vermanes Park, just 1 minute walk from the apartment you'll find a playground.

Looking out of the apartment window you can feel the atmosphere of the city with old roofs.
You can find many restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping centers nearby.
Riga is the capital of Latvia, home to more than half a million people. The city lies on the beautiful shores of the Gulf of Riga, where the Daugava River meets the Baltic Sea.
