The Sharpe Shack - Beach Vibes in South Nash

A sunny home with a beachy personality and tons of character! This darling cottage offers up vibrant color, tropical prints, and abundant outdoor space, making it the perfect retreat for a carefree vacation! From the living room, to the kitchen, to the bedrooms, all the way to the outdoor patio, every room is sprinkled with color and filled with light. And, the cherry on top just might be the fenced in backyard area which features a patio, a fire pit, a sandbox and fun decor that will make you feel like you've stepped into a quaint little beach bar near the ocean! If you're looking for a space with an ambience of pure cheerfulness, this one's for you! 

Layout:
This cozy one level home has an open concept that enters into the living room and opens up into the kitchen. There are two bedrooms to the right of the kitchen, and one with an en suite bathroom. The second bathroom is to the left of the kitchen, as well as the third bedroom and the laundry area. The kitchen leads to the covered patio and large outdoor area. 

Parking:
Guests can park up to two cars in the driveway. Additional free street parking can be found on Burbank Avenue in front of the home and is first come, first serve.

Getting Around:
Here in South Nashville you'll be 10 mins or less in all directions to the most popular areas of the city (3 miles from 12 South & The Gulch, 5 miles from downtown, 7 miles from Germantown!) With close proximity to the interstate it will be a breeze to get from A to Z. Uber and Lyft are readily accessible which is a great option when you're going out to explore for the evening. 

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

Please check your spam inbox for this email, and contact Safely at Concierge at Safely dot com or go to Safely dot com, if you have any questions. Additionally, I agree that the rental agreement must be signed and Safely guest screening must be completed within 3 days, otherwise my stay will be cancelled.
