Welcome to Xanadu!! Your own private luxury estate resort with its own beach and Resort style pool. Located 9 minutes from the gulf beaches you’ll enjoy total privacy accommodating up to 26 guests comfortably in 5400 square ft of space. Main home is 5 br and 3.5 bath at 4200 square ft and pool home is 3 br 1 bath with its own private kitchen and living space. Come Enjoy Xanadu !!! There are 2 exterior security cameras on site.

The house was great! The beds were comfortable, and there was so much for a group of teenagers to do. The pickleball court was our favorite! The only drawback was not having a shower in the upstairs hall bathroom. It won’t deter us from booking again, but it was a bit inconvenient with a house full of adults and teenagers. We loved Xanadu!

This was the perfect place to host our family reunion. It was a short drive to the beach, but we mostly stayed at the house and played pickleball. We all had plenty of space, despite it being a large group. The two kitchens were great. Plenty of parking.

This property was absolutely gorgeous! True to the pictures! It was very clean, modern, has everything you could possibly want or need and pet friendly. We celebrated my 40th birthday here with my family and created some of the best memories of our lives. It really does feel like you’re on your own private resort with all the amenities, gorgeous pool/beach area, Pickleball court volleyball, our family had such an amazing time. The manager was amazing with everything! We even had a last minute change of plans where we needed to bring a pet and there was no issue! I highly highly recommend booking this property! It is a beautiful gem, very centrally located, yet private. We will be booking again in the future.

Family vacation

Great place! Multi generation group including children, infancy to late teen. So much to enjoy without ever going anywhere. Home is close to beautiful beaches and more. We hated to leave!

XANADU IS ALL YOU NEED

We had a great time on our Post-Christmas Vacation. We traveled with our four Children and Grandchildren (ages 1-7) It was perfect. There was never any need to go anywhere else! Restaurants and Groceries stores moments away as well as Bradenton Beach. The Property manager was attentive and helped us with any questions or needs. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks you for a wonderful time!

Amazing house for family vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of space for our large family gatherings and the beautiful grounds with the pool, volley ball and pickle ball courts were awesome! We loved staying around the house because there was so much to do and it was so comfortable. We did go to the beach one day and it was just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!!

Beautiful Escape

The property was stunning. The outdoors amazing! I wished they had more bathrooms but we made it work. The property manager was very attentive, just be aware not to put the music too loud outdoors cause the neighbor is not friendly at all. Overall, everything was great!

Amazing

Really the only downside to this location is the shower situation. There are three available showers - one connected to the bunk room on the main level, one en suite for the second story master, and one in the pool house. This meant some careful communication about when adults could shower and not wake up napping kids etc. other than that this house is amazing. The living spaces are very large - our group of 17 could easily all eat/prepare meals and play games without feeling cramped. The kids lived in the pool while the adults lived on the pickle ball courts. The beaches of Anna Maria island are only a 15 min drive and were great - but honestly it was hard to leave the home because we were having so much fun there! The host was very responsive to any requests or questions. Just wishing we don’t live so far away and could come back every year.

Beauty in Bradenton

The house was perfect for our five families and teenage boys! Many hours were spent on the volleyball court and pickleball court. Paul was an awesome host!

Five Family Spring Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well-maintained property. The outdoor area with the pool and pickleball court was a draw and we spent the majority of our time in these areas! We were a group of 17 with ten parents and seven kids ranging from 16-20 years old. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and enough beds for everyone. Our only complaint was that there are only three showers total, which required us to plan ahead. The location is ideal for heading to the beach (go by 8:30 am to avoid traffic), shopping, golf, going for walks, and spring training baseball. During our stay, we had questions about the pool filter and Paul was very responsive. Overall, I’d recommend this beautiful property!

Perfect hub for soccer team at IMG Academy tournament

We stayed here with our U15 girls soccer team from NJ with 8 families (10 adults, 10 teenagers). The house was the perfect place for all of us to relax post games and host team dinner. Easy drive to IMG as well as for groceries, etc

Girls Getaway

We were a group of 20 ladies who stayed at Xanadu for 4 nights. There was ample space for our group in the common spaces of the house. The backyard is beautiful and our group spent the majority of our time out there and on the pickleball court. The pool was heated to a very pleasant 85 degree temperature. The pictures of the outdoor spaces do no do it justice. It is even nicer in person! The bathrooms were our groups only challenge with this property. The water pressure in the showers was very low and the hot water seemed to run out quickly. Note that the bathroom with the tub DOES NOT have an installed shower head for showering but does have a handheld shower which was not ideal for showering. Other than the bathrooms the house was an absolute pleasure to stay in. All 20 ladies thought their beds were comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Tons of glasses, flatware, plates, towels, pool towels etc. It is truly set up for large groups! Paul the property manager quickly responded to any of our groups questions about the property.

A Bit of Paradise

The property it's a resort in itself! The outdoor areas are relaxing and a great way to start and end the day. Family members took excursions, enjoyed all amenities, and even had a tournament for ping-pong, foosball, pool, and pickleball. It was a stay filled with wonderful memories for our family. Amazing place for a large family vacation!

The access to so many amenities was impressive! There was something for everyone as the Pickleball court was a big part of our daily exercise. Even my 86 year old Grandma jumped in for the sand volleyball game! Great memories were had by all!
