We fell in love with this area because it offers a rare combination of historical soul and modern convenience. Located in the lush Southwest Atlanta corridor, our street feels like a quiet retreat, yet we are just minutes from the city's biggest attractions.

We chose this specific pocket because it’s known for its deep sense of community and stunning green spaces. It’s a neighborhood where neighbors know each other by name, the tree canopy is dense and beautiful, and you can get to the airport or the stadium in less time than it takes to finish a cup of coffee.

The Great Outdoors: We are less than 5 minutes from Cascade Springs Nature Preserve. It’s our favorite local "hidden gem"—it features a waterfall, hiking trails, and artesian springs right in the middle of the city.

The Food & Vibe: The nearby Cascade Road corridor is a food lover's dream. You can grab world-class soul food at The Beautiful, upscale brunch at Oreatha’s At The Point, or a great local brew at the nearby Lee + White development (which is right on the Westside BeltLine).
