The Schönblick Residence opened in July 2018 and, with its contemporary style and extensive infrastructure, is one of the top holiday resorts in the Schüttdorf district.

The spacious sauna area offers a finnish and a herbal sauna.

Due to the ideal southern exposure, all 21 apartments, spread over 5 floors enjoy day-long direct sunlight and a wonderful view of the Kitzsteinhorn.

The Zell am See-Kaprun region is a congenial year-round destination in which the seasonal boundaries seem to melt away.
