Il est nécessaire que vous m'informiez de vos informations de vol d'arrivée et de départ. Pour cette location, une voiture est une nécessité.

Il s'agit d'une villa Rio Mar entièrement rénovée avec deux chambres, deux salles de bains, une nouvelle cuisine entièrement équipée, près de la plage et dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort avec casino et parcours de golf. Parfait pour des vacances romantiques merveilleuses, relaxantes et paisibles loin du stress de la vie urbaine. Viens et amuse toi! La propriété a une laveuse et une sécheuse, une grande terrasse, un gril électrique extérieur et des ustensiles de cuisine. Veuillez noter qu'un escalier mène à la deuxième chambre, ce qui, à notre avis, rend cette propriété inadaptée aux nourrissons et aux enfants en bas âge. De plus, il n'y a pas de lit bébé ni de couchage similaire pour les petits enfants.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was great. It had everything you need. It did have a musty smell when we first got there but candles helped. Isabel was the best. Communicated with us very well.

Quaint Charming Little Villa

This villa was perfect for just my husband and me. It did have a loft with a double bed and twin bed and bathroom for more guest. Downstairs was a bedroom with a king size bed and a very small bathroom, this is were you come in. The kitchen was well laid out and nicely stocked with the what you needed. It also had washer and dryer which was nice to have. The outside area was very cute and had an awesome view, only thing I did not like was having to bring the outside furniture in and out any time we wanted to sit outside. It had two comfortable recliners which were enough for my husband and I to lounge in and to watch tv, otherwise there was a table with some wicker chairs. The location was perfect for us, not too far from airport and attractions on the north side of the island, nice beach and pool right on the resort, also casino right at the resort( free underground parking), it was also close to Humacao were we were going to visit family. Overall it fitted our needs as we did not spend all day there. Communication with the owner was excellent, she made sure to keep us on the loop.

Disappointed with the villa

Isabel was very communicative and detailed with instructions. I couldn’t find the parking spot, the number is a little hidden. The master bedroom and bathroom is very small. The air conditioner in that room is very big and loud. The noise from it kept me up and prevented a good nights sleep. There were ants in the kitchen floor and counter top. The main living area has too much furniture, making the space crowded. There is a hodgepodge of extra chairs in a small space. Finally, I came home one night to a leak from the roof in the master bedroom. It took a few towels to soak it up. I did text Isabel and she responded quickly. The handyman wasn’t available the next day to check out the leak, Isabel decided it would be looked at once I left, 2 days later.

Excellent!!

If I could give this rental a rating higher than a 10/10, I would. Very clean, exactly as described and more. Quiet, peaceful and properly maintained grounds. Well appointed kitchen, hand-held shower heads and medicine cabinet stocked for any kind of emergency. The TV and Internet never failed us. We stayed for only a week and wished we could stay longer. Highly recommended.

AMAZING VILLA

I want to start by apologizing for taking too long to put in this review. Isabel was very detailed with directions, we had a comfortable stay and would definitely plan to go back. It was so convenient to everything we planned for excursions. There was one day the power went out, but had nothing to do with the villa. They were actually working on power lines. We relaxed on the back patio and took in the beautiful scenery in the evening. Thank you Isabel for opening your villa to us and having everything we needed to hit the beach.

Beautiful place

This place is amazing! Exceptional surroundings. The villa is cozy it’s exactly how you see in the pictures. It was my daughter, my husband and I and for us was perfect but I think no for more than 4 people. Isabel was an amazing host, the instructions to get there and everything was clear, she communicated very well and approachable. The Villa has everything that you probably needs, everything on the list and more. We had an AMAZING TIME, I will recommended 100% plus. Thank you Isabel :-)

The property was beautiful and Isabel was delightful to work with. Because there was no power due to the island blackout, we couldn't stay the entire time, but Isabel worked with us. Adorable villa!

De verdad los dueños tienen que mejorarlo Al entrar tiene un olor fuerte desagradable al parecer por mantenerlo cerrado. Tiene exceso de equipo adentro qué hay que estar sacando y entrando. please son vacaciones. El estacionamiento horrible está limitado y aveces llegabas y estaba cubierto. El segundo día se dañó el televisor y no lo arreglaron o sea que el que estaba en el segundo piso tenía que verlo abajo en un televisor que no tenía canales. La piscina tienes que ir en carro y es para todos los complejos que se encuentra dentro de palmas Del Mar. Te debes echar algo para la piel porque hay mosquitos así que no disfrute de la piscina y la playa allí no es conveniente para bañista. Deben cambiar decoración cuando uno alquila por favor sacar fotos de familia. limpiar los vidrios de las ventanas En fin ni use la cocina pues no me sentía cómoda Consejo nunca deje comidas en la nevera nunca se sabe qué hay dentro eso no es higiénico.

Great Location

The Villa at The Wyndham Grand Rio Mar was everything we could have asked for. We were visiting the Island for a Golf and Fishing adventure and the Villa was centrally located to exactly what we needed. Access to the resort was convenient and easy; the bonus was local eateries and quick access to convenient stores/supermarket; down the street and around the corner. The Villa was clean, quiet, safe and very comfortable (a/c worked great). Isabelle was a wonderful host with great communication and was always available to answer any issues or questions we had. She was very helpful with describing the check-in process and all the amenities that the Villa offers. I felt like I had a good understanding of the area just off her descriptions and photos. The best compliment i could give; I will recommend to friends and family, but most over i would definitely go back and stay there again. Thank You again Isabelle, we had a wonderful time!

Small villa, great patio

First, Isabel is very responsive, always takes good care of things. Once you get used to the front entrance into the downstairs BR - the patio provides good access, exit. There's not a lot of extra space in this villa. We used the the patio a lot which is definitely the best feature tho kitchen is nicely laid out with a big island. I let Isabel know that the kitchen could use a couple more large knives for chopping. It's a five minute drive or 25 minute walk to the beach and pool which are great. Golf course is right outside. Overall, I'd recommend it for 2-4 people.

Vacation Perfection!

We can’t wait to come back to Villa De Jesus! Pictures do not do it justice! Comfortable, clean, great location in beautiful Rio Mar, walk to beach in 10 minutes. All the creature comforts of home. And Isabel is an incredible host! Super quick to respond and helped us out with a couple of things she didn’t have to do, but was so kind to take the time to make sure our vacation was that much more perfect! We feel truly blessed!

Amazing

This was by far the most relaxing full access location I’ve been too the villa was so cozy and made me feel like I was at home. The beach and pool was right there and there was easy access to location of food and stores that where not far. Definitely coming back to stay at this place again.

You won’t be disappointed!!!

This is by far our favorite place to stay in Puerto Rico. Clean and super safe. Friendly environment with everything you could ask for from an amazing golf course right outside of your window, stunning Mountain View, beautiful beach and more. Trust me you won’t regret staying here.

Great Location and Space

Parking next to Villa. Back porch with access to green areas and golf course. Nice Kitchen and two full bathrooms. Three TVs, Cable and Netflix in the unit. We’ll return!

Wonderful winter retreat

We love PR and this is our fourth year. The villa is part of a five star resort that has all the amenities. The villa was clean and well stocked. We stayed six weeks and did not have any issues with the unit. We did misread the information and Isabel Martinez was very patient and helpful. We are booking again for 2021. Thanks for a great 👍 time away from the snow!

Unfortunately we arrived day of earthquake - had no power and after a couple of days had to relocate

Fantastic stay in Rio Mar

The villa was great, it really felt like we were at home. This villa has everything you may need to just relax, go to the beach, or whatever you have planned. The owners left many extras for the renters use (books, umbrella, coffee filters, pool items, etc.) Very thoughtful!!! Isabel was in contact with us via email and text, loved the personal concern in ensuring we arrived well (we got in at 1AM) and she checked in via text periodically during our stay👍🏼👍🏼. Highly recommend this villa.
