Grab some coffee and start the day in one of the swinging chairs on your patio, overlooking the water.

When you get hungry, head inside to make breakfast. There’s plenty of counter space and a full suite of appliances in the well-equipped kitchen, and everyone can dine together at the table for six in the enclosed lanai.

Afterward, head out to explore: there are state parks in either direction on Hwy. 1. Somewhere nearby there’s a beach bar and any empty stool with your name on it. If you’d rather explore on two wheels, two adult bikes are available for your use. Head home after your day out and continue to enjoy that lovely outdoor space, or settle in on the oversized sectional for a little TV before bed. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
