The apartment is fully equipped and has its own kitchen equipped with a cooker (gas), fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, cutlery, dishwasher, etc.;
The apartment has conventional heating and air conditioning, Well isolated and has double glazing.
It is equipped with free high speed internet, TV, stereo and dvd system, laundry facilities in the apartment. (or in the building).
