It is less than 1 mile to the Tanger Outlet Mall, only 2 1/2 miles to the Foley Sportsplex, 8 miles to the Gulf Shores Sportsplex, 12 miles to the Orange Beach Sportsplex and 10 miles to the Beach!
"HOMERUN HITTER" amenities include 3,352 sq.ft. of living space, 4BR/3BA that sleeps 10 guests, community fishing lake in the back yard! The back yard is fenced in. There is a pool table in the home as well. This house is centrally located to shopping and restaurants. Free parking for up to 4 vehicles.
The living room features a 65" wall mounted Smart TV, a sleeper sofa, 2 recliners, 2 arm chairs, ceiling fan, the pool table and access to the enclosed season room with the fishing lake view
The master bedroom features a king bed, a 50" wall mounted smart TV, a ceiling fan, dresser with mirror, chest of drawers, 2 nightstands and a private master bathroom that offers a walk in closet, double vanity, linen closet, soaker tub, tiled walk in shower, & a water closet.
The kitchen offers stainless appliances, solid wood cabinets, granite countertops, island with seating for 2, bar area with seating for 2, large walk-in pantry and a dining table that seats 8.

We offer extended stay discounts starting November 1st and ending March 1st on reservations that are 28 nights or more, and a full week discount on reservations that are 7 nights or more (Excluding peak season and holiday weeks) If your selected dates qualify for a discount the discount will automatically apply!
Minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old.
Guests will receive an email after the reservation is made to esign the rental agreement and provide a guest list. When completing the rental agreement a copy of the primary renters drivers license must be uploaded to the rental agreement. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until this has been completed.
Guests will receive another email after the reservation is made for guests to provide a credit card to put on file so we can place a security deposit hold, in the amount of $500, on 3 days prior to the check in date. Guests must adhere to all the policies and and follow all the rules and regulations within the rental agreement.

Per industry standard we supply a starter set that includes one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of hand soap in each bathroom, 1 dish washer tablet, one trash bag in each can, and 1 laundry detergent tablet is provided. This is intended to get you by until you get to the store to buy the supplies you need.
