-No smoking - when smoking occurs during your stay, a $350 cleaning will be charged to your card.

-No noise after 11:00 PM - 7am
-Unauthorized guest will be charged $350 per person per stay. Please not that you may be asked to leave the property for this violation!!!
- Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $150 fee

A last minute booking as we got stuck by hurricane Erin in St. Thomas and had to go through Puerto Rico to get home. It was a perfect amount of space for our family of 6. Just a short walk to the beach and short ride to Old San Juan. Loved the outdoor terrace space! So relaxing. Tastefully updated, very clean, and a great location. Would stay again.

Spacious stay

Very spacious, comfortable beds, and close to the beach. The only downside was the street noise and constant lights from police patrolling the streets.

AMAZING STAY

This property far exceeded my expectations and the pictures online did not do it justice. The place is spacious, VERY clean and in a perfect location. Beautifully decorated and the outside patio was awesome. This was my first experience with Vrbo and the hosts made this process extremely easy and even sent a list of suggestions of places to see and eat. This will definitely be my first choice to stay when I come visit my family going forward.

Weekend trip

This VRBO was exactly what I was looking for. Something close to San Juan and the Airport, yet something private with enough rooms and bathrooms for me and the other guests. The property was great and EXTREMELY large. The living room is big and the outside patio was large and perfect with the decor and furniture they have. All in all I would 100% recommend anyone to stay at this location! I know where to go back to when it’s time.

Perfect Space in a perfect location

My family and I traveled to the island for a cousin's wedding. The apartment was the perfect space to have together time but big enough to have alone time if desired. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bigger social spaces like the patio and living room were perfect for quality time with the fam. Hector was very responsive and kept in constant communication to ensure we had anything we needed. There is a Walgreens and lots to restaurants for any meal within walking distance and only a few blocks from the beach in the opposite direction. We would definitely stay here again when staying in the Condado/Ocean Park area.

Beautiful home

I stayed for 4 night and enjoyed myself. Thete were a few issues that wete addressed with the owners regarding cleaning. The ceiling fans were dusty and the shower liners needed to be changed. However overall it was nice. The downside is the unit i was in was upstairs and checking in was a bit confusing as one of the doors was left unlocked and i went in the wrong door. Home is spacious, upper deck is nice. Home has cameras outside and on the deck which made me feel safe. Rules a bit strict, had to turn the air and all lights when you leave. I understand leaving lights off during the day while youre away but coming back into a dark home was a bit uneasy. Location was central to downtown and very close to the beach.

Excellent, Safe, and Fun stay in San Juan

The property is exactly as described. The owners are careful to provide guidance to make sure that neither sand nor ants accumulate in the apartment. The property is on a very safe street that is 2-3 blocks from the beach (Ocean Park) - where you have to walk through a gated neighborhood. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants around (on the same street and one block away). We found that we preferred to walk on our street the best. There was a comment about hot water by a previous person, but we found that in the master bath, the handle is just opposite of what you think. It got plenty hot! Like most metropolitan neighborhoods, the good neighborhoods are sometimes somewhat close to poorer ones. While our street was in a great area, a couple of blocks south was not that great - but we found that to be true all over San Juan. However, the owners had a security system and we felt incredibly safe even walking in the neighborhood after dark. The beds were great and all of us slept comfortably. You cannot go wrong with this one! BTW we went to Isla Verde and we didn't like it as much as Ocean Park, same with Condado. The owners had sling chairs and beach towels that we took to the beach each day. Enjoy!

Great Stay and Experience

The property was exactly as described online! It was clean, easily accessible, and very spacious. There were much more amenities available than we were all expecting. Hector was a very generous host and quick to respond to any and all questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in San Juan. Very close to Condado, Isla Verde, and Old San Juan. Overall, 5/5 stars!
