Welcome to Marsh View: Managed exclusively by Welcome Home Rentals Jax Beach. This property is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom, pet-friendly home on a spacious lot with amazing views of the Intracoastal waterways. The house was recently renovated and has everything you need for your long-term stay or beach vacation. Only 2 miles to Mayo Clinic and 4.2 miles to the beach, the house is conveniently located to all Jacksonville has to offer. The open-concept, single-level house is built for entertaining and relaxing with two separate living areas, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dedicated dining room. You also have the option to dine al fresco in the covered lanai or the amazing deck overlooking the marsh. All linens, including beach towels, and beach chairs and a cooler are provided. Pool construction was just completed with a beautiful saltwater-heated pool.

PET FRIENDLY: We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATER WINTER MONTHS
The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature remains above the 45–50ºF range. When we experience lows below 45º, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45º, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

Great experience!

Property was nice. Outdoor furniture could use some updates. Pool was great! We had to call the office with a problem with the front door and the response was immediate! We really enjoyed our stay! Very nice location !

The Best

Any one going to the Mayo Clinic or other fine Medical Facilities in Jacksonville .... "this is the place to stay for a few days". Well stocked for everyday living. Kitchen has all the needed equipment / utensils for cooking. TV's in every bedroom and the sitting room. Large dinning room table. Very nice pool, but too cold when we were in JAX to enjoy.

Great stay

Wonderful! Clean and comfortable. Amazing back porch. All of the “little” things you need were provided. Only one not real drawback, there is a small step down to the master bedroom. We used this after a visit to Mayo. But if you are looking for a great place for vacation, this is perfect! Management was attentive and available ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing and amazing

The view of the marsh was such a treasure. The house was gorgeous and well appointed. The pool was absolutely lovely. We could not have been happier with our stay. In fact, we loved the area so much we began looking for houses:)

Nice retreat

Nice quite location. Convenient to the beach and town. Nicely renovated home with good layout and plenty of space. Well supplied kitchen. Enjoyed the pool and screened in porch. The pool was a bit cool in mornings but warms up during the day. The most amazing short term rental beds to date (and we travel a lot!). Would stay again.

Great spot on the Intracoastal!

The house was better than described: stocked to the hilt in the kitchen and elsewhere. Pool floats, coolers, beach chairs, towels, and more. And so clean! Spent most of our time on the screen porch and the pool deck. Thank you for a great week! We'll be back.

Florida vacation

Was a great place, plenty of helpful stuff in the house. Location was great though it was a bit annoying to get to sometimes because of traffic. Nothing against the property just whoever designed the city needs to be fired. Heated pool was great. Plenty of room inside the house, it never felt small

Bug problem but great place and visit

Understand this is FL and we are from here but were met with dead roaches in the master vanity and later that we killed about 5 more. Minus that the place was a very quaint place and had everything you need for your home away from home.

We enjoyed our time at Marsh View. Mike responded when we had a problem with a noisy pool heater. I would suggest that instructions for the appliances and tv be available in a folder so that the non-techies like us, would have some help using them--especially the tv.

Relaxing Stay

An ideal property to get some rest and relaxation . Meghan, our contact was superb with communication leading up to and after our stay. The house is as shown in the listing and will not disappoint. The property is well equipped for any need that you may have . We brought our two small dogs. They enjoyed the fenced backyard and watching the rabbits in the morning . I appreciate the owners had provided doggy bags to clean up after our boys . My only criticism (and I'm being picky when I write this) is there is little shade in the backyard. But hey, we went to Florida for some sun! We were expecting an umbrella for the pool but there was none on site. You will find the location ideal. You will find grocery stores and restaurants less than 5 minutes away and great beaches 30 minutes. All in, a very nice and relaxing property . Thank you !

Annual Getaway with a View

The view is beautiful. The Management team is great and always responsive. We enjoyed the size and number of rooms. Nine of us, 5 adults and 4 kiddos all had a comfortable stay and plenty of room. The pool is a good size and the patio around it is cool for our feet. We used the grill and outside space for relaxing. Everyone in the family had a great time together and even personal space when needed. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to beaches, shops, and local activities.

So easy

This house was a breeze to stay at, they provided everything you could need, including trash bags/cleaning supplies/laundry supplies. The pool was perfect and the marsh view was very calming and serene. Loved it.

Perfect family trip

Great Location for Couples Trip

Great house, great property. The beds are absolutely AMAZING! The heated pool was nice, however, the colder weather kept it cool but we still enjoyed. Close to the beach, shopping, entertainment, you name it, it was relatively close. Note that there are only 2 bathrooms which made it insteresting, but not a game changer.

Our family enjoyed the stay at the Marsh. We couldn't enjoy the pool due to the cold weather (pool will not heat up) but everything else was great!

The patio flood light by the grill would only stay on for short periods due to motion sensor...it was difficult to enjoy dinner outside for this reason...it seems to be the most demanding check out process...(10 am and laundry) I shouldn't have to pay a cleaning fee and do laundry!

Beautiful house

We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the house is beautifully decorated and clean. The location was perfect and the kids loved the pool.

Great stay at this lovely home with pool. Pet friendly. Bare essentials for some spices but do not expect more than that for extras in the kitchen (not an issue for us). Plenty of cookware though. Not too far away from Jax Beach. Definitely recommend!
