The Villa comprises two separate units, with a vast distinct pool area facing the Aegean sea. Landscaping is polished, decoration is modern with elegance and an artistic touch.

Front side of units offers wide expanses of sea and sky, the back side terraces open on a hilly environment including olive groves, vineyards, old stone walls, local plants and trees.

A driveway leads to the main entrances, which are hillside.

The two units of the villa are separated by large terraces and walkways. The layout was thought to insure the independence and privacy of the two units.

The villa has a cycladic geometrical design with a dominant white styling supported by quality materials. Striking the right balance between minimalism and warmth, the villa suggests aspects of the Greek culture through cheerful light frescos.

Unit 1: Upon entering, guests will find a large living room with a grand piano, a dining room and open kitchen. A corridor leads to bedrooms set apart, the master bedroom with a private protected pergola and another double bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms. The rooms also have direct access to the front terrace with sea view. The front pergola of unit 1 has a stone table for outside dining and a sitting area with a commanding peaceful view on the sea, the Aegeria village windmill and the small church of Agios Giorgos.

The well-maintained Mediterranean garden with herbal plants, olives trees and vineyards gives the villa a serene atmosphere.

The swimming pool is adequate for lap swimming (18 m x 4 m, twice the common size of pools in Paros) but also has a knee deep children’s area. The pool and its large terrace is somewhat lower and to the side, making it a space unto itself. It is private and for use by the guests only.
