Ce condo entièrement meublé est situé sur le lac Tarpon dix minutes à l'est de certaines des plages les plus populaires du Golfe et couchers de soleil au monde. Nous sommes également à quelques minutes de la Marine aquaruim Clearwater où vous pouvez rencontrer 'Winter le Dauphin' notre étoile de renommée mondiale du film «Dolphin Tale».

Ce charmant complexe est entouré par l'eau et des trottoirs de bois, une caractéristique notable pour la paix et la tranquillité. Cette deuxième condominium de plancher est livré avec un espace de stationnement attribué à proximité de votre porte d'entrée avec un parking à l'arrière. Patio arrière du condo surplombe la piscine, quai privé, et votre propre bateau ponton de 19 pieds pour votre usage. Il ya une grande piscine chauffée et un six-personne jacuzzi. Vous trouverez également un centre de lavage avec laveuses et sécheuses pour votre utilisation à proximité de la zone de la piscine. Faites tout votre en même temps et prendre un bain relaxant dans la piscine pendant que vous attendez.

Il ya un patio supplémentaires au large de la chambre principale qui a un escalier en colimaçon menant à une terrasse privée pour bronzer. Il ya un grand lit dans la chambre principale et un lit queen dans la chambre d'amis pour la famille ou les invités supplémentaires. Le canapé de la salle familiale a un divan-lit queen size pour dormir deux dans le confort ainsi. L'appareil est idéal pour quatre adultes et deux enfants.

Lake Tarpon est environ quatre miles de long et de deux miles de large et est bien connu pour l'un des meilleurs lacs de pêche à l'achigan dans l'état. Le lac est idéal pour la pêche à l'achigan et le ski nautique. Ce condominium est l'une des 40 unités et est isolée des plages du golfe occupés encore à proximité de centres commerciaux, des restaurants et les hôtels Disney.

Wonderful Relaxing Vacation

This was a perfect property for my husband and I to get away for some much needed R&R. The boat was wonderful and the scenery made up for the fish not biting. The property was close to Honeymoon Island, the sponge docks, and lots of restaurant options.

Perfect Weekend getaway

The condo was very nice. Just the right size for my husband and I. Close proximity to Tarpon Springs and Clearwater Beach area. The pontoon was such a great bonus, we really enjoyed it. Mattress on the King size bed was extremely comfortable. We had the perfect long weekend getaway, very relaxing!

Home away from home

Paul and Amy were very helpful with questions we had. The highlight of our trip was taking family out on the pontoon boat to Tarpon Turtle for lunch. It’s a small complex and very quiet.

Grandparents weekend

Wonderful stay. We have granddaughters living in the area and this location was perfect. The boat was amazing. Paul was perfect to deal with and he made sure we knew everything we needed to know to drive the boat. The condo was updated and had everything we needed. I certainly hope we can rent again.

Rental with Pontoon

It was a great trip with beautiful accommodations. The condo was quiet, clean, and reasonably priced. The pontoon was an impressive feature included in the fee. A favorite part of our day was floating on Lake Tarpon during the heat. And there are many intriguing sites to see at the sponge docks just 10 minutes away.

Condo with a boat can't be beat!

Online description was accurate and the hosts were attentive when we needed help. They were just a text or phone call away. We enjoyed cruising on the pontoon boat over to a restaurant for dinner a couple of evenings. The property was conveniently located with short drives to Tarpon Springs, Dunedin and St Petersburg. We would stay there again.

You can tell a lot of thought was put into this property and the comfort of the guests. Their communication was top notch and clear instructions were given in their binder. Had a Great Time

The boat was perfect for cruising around the lake. Docked and ate at Tarpon Turtle Bar & Grill. Saw lots of wildlife, birds, turtles, gators. Fishing was okay. Condo was clean and everything worked fine. Would definitely recommend it for 2 to 4 people wanting to relax and enjoy Lake Tarpon.

Enjoyable

We had a wonderful time. Very spacious & clean place. It was a nice addition to be able to use the pontoon. There is a nice restaurant on the lake where you can dock the pontoon. Unfortunately during our stay the hot tub/spa by the pool area was unusable during the entire month & the pool was not heated.

Great Mom's Day Getaway!

The pictures don't tell the whole story....this condo is even better than shown! Great price, great location and a very relaxing long weekend. The pool is right outside your door, and although we never got to take advantage of taking the boat on the lake, the owners were very helpful and were always a phone call away. A fantastic choice!

Awesome getaway

This trip was for myself and my twin teen boys celebrating their graduation and 14th bdays. Absolutely perfect. Owner super cool guy, attentive with any questions, condo beautiful and great location. Pontoon boat a must and EVERYTHING you need from fishing, cooking, to beach days. Parking and complex clean and safe. Definitely coming back. Thank you for a great experience 💕

Relaxing vacation starts here!

My husband and I, along with our adult sons spent a week in this comfy condo. From the close parking space to the great view of the pool, inlet, boat from the lanai we were very pleased. Two great bedroom. Two full baths, a patio with private rooftop access, living and kitchen area , we absolutely felt relaxed. There are plenty of things you can use for the beach or pool available! Proximity to beaches, shoppings, parks, and other activities. The neighbors here are welcoming and I will absolutely book again!

Nice location, very comfortable property, Pontoon Boat a bonus!

Property was easy to find, close to all kinds of shopping. Very clean and comfortable. The host is very nice and helpful. He provides plenty of towels, fishing rods and tackle..The pontoon boat was in great shape, well taken care of...and was a great way to see the lake. We took the pontoon to Tarpon Turtle and docked for lunch several times.. Clean pool . Parking was close to unit...We would stay here again for sure... thanks Paul... hope to see you again soon..
