I strongly advise against booking this apartment. Our experience was a nightmare, both regarding the property itself and the host's behavior.
The Financial Dispute:
The host offered us the keys on February 7th, even though our booking started on the 8th. We asked twice for confirmation since our booking showed the 8th, but the host insisted. Halfway through our stay, we were suddenly billed for an extra night at a much higher rate than the other nights – a charge that was never mentioned upfront. After the stay, the host has even resorted to threats, claiming they will contact our employer and label us "scammers" if we don't pay this hidden fee. It is deeply unprofessional and threatening behavior.
The Apartment:
While the location is great, the apartment itself is in poor condition:
Design flaws: The bedroom door cannot even close because the bed blocks the doorway.
Noise: Constant noise 24/7 as the apartment is located right next to the main entrance of the complex. Sleeping was nearly impossible.
Freezing cold: The living area was freezing. Drafts came in from the floor and walls, and the small radiator couldn't heat the room. We literally had to wear thermal clothing just to stay inside.
Bad beds: The bedroom has two very worn-out single beds, and the sofa bed in the living room is curved/sagging, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on.
Expedia has unfortunately not intervened despite this being communicated through their own chat. Save your money and your sanity –
