Welcome to Chez Yahia

Our guesthouse is nestled among greenery on a hillside with a breathtaking view of the beautiful Ourika valley, in the heart of the High Atlas.

Our little piece of paradise is a perfect getaway for nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts, bird-watchers and the travelers who wish to experience authentic Morocco only 48 km from Marrakech or just relax and enjoy the view.

Having spent my childhood holidays in the region, and falling in love with this unique place, I decided to build my house there.

I designed it, so it would blend into the picturesque landscape while respecting the surrounding nature. Above all, I made sure that the house would be bathed at any time of the day by the sun, the colors and the magical light of the valley!

Thanks to the inhabitants of Tarljeft, my dream came true, and I invite you today to share my humble oasis of peace.

The guest house Chez Yahia is ideally located, it is close to all the notorious sites of the region, the waterfalls of Setti-Fatma, the ski resort of Oukaimeden, but far from the tumult that can sometimes invade the valley in high season. It is at the starting point of many hikes for those wishing to get off the beaten track and off the tourist path.
Built with the traditional stones of the region, the house is vast, simple and calm.

You will stay in a newly build appartement, with your own all equipped kitchen, a big open living space with a dinning room area.

There is plenty lights and big windows for you to enjoy the view.

You will also have access to all the terrasses of the house.

Our place is for lovers of nature, tranquility and beautiful scenery. We will do everything to make your stay in our home a memorable one and welcome you with the warmth typical of the region.
