Amazing boutique suite by CASA CARMEL. A newly renovated, romantic & family friendly with a breathtaking view of the Carmel. Fully equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. Located in an upscale and quiet neighborhood, with so many attractions nearby and in the area. Three commercial centers located in the neighborhood including supermarkets, cafes & restaurants and many other services and a sports club with pools & a gym. A perfect getaway place for couples, families or to work.
CASA CARMEL suite has fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, micro, oven and dishes including silverware and more. TVs are available in the living room, bedroom and outdoor.
Outdoor Pool and a comfortable Hot-tub, outdoor furniture and BBQ.
Queen bed (main bedroom) and a super comfortable Queen-size Sofa bed (Sofa in the living room, opens to a queen-bed). A working space equipped with an extra computer screen. Free WiFi access.

Easy access and transportation to the location. Plenty of free parking on the street. Several commercial centers in the neighborhood (2 mins walk/drive).

Prior to your arrival date, we will add you to our special WhatsApp group for easy and fast communication and send you our special *Guests guidebook* which includes lots of useful information - e.g. driving directions to CASA CARMEL, recommendations, tips, attractions and restaurants in the area, house rules and instructions, self check-in details and additional guest services we offer our guests. We highly recommend reading the guidebook.

Other things to note:
- Our house is located at the edge of the Carmel national park. The suite is located at the ground floor of our house (floor -3), easy access via our outdoor staircase. Guests must use stairs. No elevator or wheelchair access.

- Important Notice: It’s a quiet and relaxed neighborhood. Please respect our neighbours. We have elderly neighbors who live above the suite. We respect our neighbors and wish to keep them undisturbed by our guests.

- Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are between 14:00PM-16:00PM and from 23:00PM till 07:00AM the next day. Making noise outside in the garden/terrace during Quiet Hours is strictly forbidden. No noise or loud music allowed. Parties are not allowed.

- Smoking Areas: smoking is strictly forbidden inside the suite and on the terrace area outside marked with “no smoking area” signs (specifically the sofa sitting area and hammock area on the terrace which are located below the neighbors windows)

- Pool operates during Summer and Spring. Operating hours: 08:00AM-14:00PM and 16:00PM-22:00PM.

- Pets on premise - as shown in the pictures, we have two dogs (they don’t have access to the suite itself), a cat and some chickens in a small coop located outside in the garden outside.

- We are committed to very high cleaning standards for the benefit of our guests.

- Breakfast is an optional service and additional fees apply per person. If relevant, please contact us for more details and to check breakfast availability during your stay.

- Please note: As part of check-in process, foreign residents (non-Israeli residents) will be required to provide a photo of their passport. Only one passport is required, from the person who made the reservation.

- Please note: only Israeli residents (not foreign residents ) are required by law to pay additional 17% VAT. The VAT amount was not included in the price of the booking on VRBO and must be paid separately and directly to the host via BIT/PayBox/Bank transfer prior to check-in.
