The Cottage at Becks Lake

The Cottage at "The Manor at Becks Lake" with two spacious king bedrooms with the best of beds for a good night's rest and one bath with shower and tub to relax in. Take an early morning stroll around the paths of Becks Lake. Maybe kayak on the lake to watch the birds nearby or walk down by Becks Lake to enjoy the swing. The Lake is a catch and release fish or take a swim. Follow driveway to The Manor to Becks Lake. Then head back for a morning coffee at The Cottage and prepare your own breakfast in a well-supplied kitchen.
Childrens tire swing and play in the big front yard.
The big room has recliners and a wood stove (wood supplied) A front porch with a large front yard. A gas grill with gas provided for cooking out. Fast WIFI and television.
You may bring more than four but must register them at time of booking, for a cot and linens. Please Call now to register your extra guest. Pets are welcome fee is $20 per night per pet.
Or book in The Manor in our four spacious bedrooms (sleeping 12) and have breakfast at the big table. Or The Cabin setting beside the lake. Any of the above have access to Becks Lake and all the fun.

Great host. Pretty little place. The inside is so unique with extra accessories & decorations. Very clean. Plenty of towels & wash cloths. Out in the country & very quiet. Big yard. Would definitely stay again.

Weekend Getaway for a Wedding

We really enjoyed The Cottage at Beck's Lake. It was the perfect place to stay while attending a wedding close by. The cottage is very quaint and quiet.

Quiet spot in the woods

Rockmart area has very few rentals / hotels and even less that take pets. This was perfect for us.

Daughter's Wedding

We stayed at the Cottage. It was clean and needs and everything was an order. Plenty of privacy. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay as my daughter got married at Hightower Falls. Definitely recommend anybody a place to stay out towards Rockmart Cedartown.

Great Stay

Property was as described. We loved Tom and Myra, they were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was great and they even allowed us to love on their dogs since we were missing ours! 😄

we came up to ride the rail trail. the property was very secluded and quiet, very peaceful. its an older cabin but we like the older cabin feel. everything we needed was there including gas grill.

Weekend getaway

Great place for a weekend. My only suggestion would be is to have more games for kids and maybe a ball for the bb net. We didn’t know you had one. Maybe we would of brought a ball. Other than that it was good.

November stay for wedding nearby

This was a Great place to stay for 2 nights, 3 adults for a wedding nearby at Hightower Falls. Exceptionally clean, cute cottage, well stocked with towels, blankets. Comfy and cozy. Easy to locate items, coffee & snack items provided which made the stay extra special and comfortable. My only negatives: 1) would be check-in was not clear so I called the number which was answered promptly and told where to find the key, easy. 2) Property info lists iron, iron board, washer & dryer. Which are not in the unit unless behind the locked door for the owners only. But, I didn't want to bother anyone to ask so it wasn't a big deal for my stay. Otherwise, highly recommend and would stay again or try another property by these owners for a change of scenery 😊

Quite & Convenient

Peaceful and quite wooded setting. Host made it easy to check in and out. All the things needed for a two bedroom home and a weeks stay. Beautiful property to walk and a lake. Quick drive to town.

Thanksgiving

The cottage was very roomy and the two beds were very comfortable. We loved using the porch as additional seating for family- but we brought our own table. Lovely area to walk to the lake. Our city dog loved running around. A great place to stay for our family’ while visiting relatives in the area.

Cozy Cottage

The cottage was adorable and had all we needed. Perfect location to enjoy our friend's wedding nearby! We loved walking around the lake and the rest of the property in our down time. It was beautiful! It was simple and sweet. Our friends stayed in a couple of the other properties within The Manor too! So fun being close to them so we could visit with each other. A great place to rest, relax, and unplug.

Simply Wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back one day. The hospitality that the owners showed us goes above and beyond anything you’d expect from a normal B&B/Inn. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake and our girls (5) & (2) loved the swing in front of our cottage.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Becks Lake Cottage provides a private setting. And also, we have a Cabin to rent or choose The Manor which has 3 rooms which includes breakfast. These rooms include Becks Lake Suite, Simply Vintage and Americana. Each sleeping 2. We maintain a 100 with the Health Department and a Super Host rating.
The newly renovated Cottage has a King and a Queen room along with a full spacious kitchen. TV area and a table for 6. Plenty of parking and a circle entrance in case you are towing anything.

Walking to Becks Lake is a short one. Enjoy sitting in the swing or swimming, fishing with catch and release.
3/4 mile to Silver Comet trail. Many wedding venues and sky diving is within minutes.
Only 10 to 15 minutes to Rockmart or Cedartown with many restaurants and small shops.
