Large single-family home just one house in from open water on Key Colony Beach. Main House 5 Bedrooms, 4 baths. Sleeps 12 People. Awesome Water View, Marble floors, Master Suite. Boat trailer parking, HD TVs, WiFi, Cable TV. (Our Check-in and Check-out dates start and end on Saturdays only.)

With direct open water access as well as direct access to Key Colony tennis courts and golf course Plenty of outdoor activities in walking distance. The lower-level living quarters of 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a private living area and expanded wet bar, as-well-as, private porch and dockside access. The upper level has the Master Suite, 2 quest rooms and a guest bath along with kitchen, dining, living room and wrap-around porch. Completed this gated walled compound great for family reunions and large groups. 150+/- of dockage, swimming pool, and covered parking.

150' +/- Deep water dock for several boats. Parking for boat trailers. For those of you that love to cook, we have a BBQ grill for family and friends.

Fabulous outdoor water sports like; boating, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, parasailing, kayaking, paddleboards, jet skiing, sailing, windsurfing, etc.. Marathon Florida offers nature trails, running, biking, and hiking trails. Nature loves to enjoy guided water tours to see all kinds of sea life.

With so much you can enjoy even relaxing by the ocean shore and basking in the sun on the beach. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises whatever takes your breath away!

We respond to your calls and text within minutes. You don't have to wait days and we have local helpers right in Marathon if we can't get there sooner.

Key Colony Beach and Marathon is world renown for the best fishing, deep-water fishing and flats fishing you name it. We have the Lobster festival every year. Nice restaurants and bars with plenty of activities to do with the kids. Guests enjoy going to the Dolphin entertainment centers, turtle hospital and other types of activities. Most of all people come here to fish and we have provided everything to make your fishing day a great day on the water!

If you want to rent bikes the company is close and will drop the bikes off and later pick them up for you if you don't have a car. It is easy to get around in Marathon in a car.

There are limos to take groups to Key West only an Hour and 5 minutes away. The Marathon airport is 5 minutes away from the house.

We have a 27' Catamaran boat on the boat lift to rent for fishing or boating. So, you could rent it for a day or the whole week let us know. Just ask us when you would like to rent it and we can accommodate you during your stay.

Marathon Keys Vacation

Our check in process was as smooth as you could ask for. Liz and Bob are the ultimate hosts, both caring and communicating. They truly care about your stay and comfort. We had 3 families, 6 adults, 3 teens and one almost teen. With the room in this house there was never any crowding. Two family rooms with T.V. and T.V. in every bedroom. A refrigerator on the upper and lower level as well as on the lower-level patio by the pool, we never had any worries about space. The ice machine on the pool deck was a huge plus. A gas grill and pellet grill as well as pizza maker gave us a lot of variables for cooking. This home is supplied with so many amenities, you won't be able to use them all. We rented a 29' boat for 3 days and used the dock that came with the house. There is even a fish cleaning station. We enjoyed seeing Manatees from our dock as well. Across the street is a great little park with basketball, shuffleboard and bocce ball as well as a Par 3 golf course. We used them all, and with our little bocce ball playoffs each evening. The area is set up with sidewalks for walking and lanes for biking as well as being extremely safe. You will see a lot of people out and taking advantage of these. I could go on, but really want to thank Liz and Bob for making our stay so enjoyable. THANKS!

Keys getaway for extended family

Wonderful spacious property with room for all to gather together or separately. Wonderful amenities, probably the best equipped rental property I have ever seen. Well equipped kitchens and outdoor cooking areas. Excellent dock, billiards/ ping pong room and outdoor pool and spa. Liz and Capt Bob were very attentive and kind. Would highly recommend for a large group

Beautiful home, perfect location

The house and location are perfect for larger family or friend groups. Amazingly stocked!! You truly don’t need to bring anything extra. They have thought of everything for your convenience. The outdoor patios stay cool with multiple fans. We parked 5 cars in the driveway with our 2 boats docked in the back. Boat trailer parking for minimal fee on the same street. You can’t get any better than this to get out on the water and fish, snorkel, etc. House both inside and out was spotless. Extra linens, pillows, coffee makers, Kuerigs, so much in the kitchen that you won’t need to pack anything!! Teens even had a play room with a ping pong table. Plenty of chairs around the pool and shade from the palm trees. The construction next door had its moments but that’s out of anyone’s control. We still enjoyed the veranda and the breeze since it’s so close to open water. Liz and Captain Bob were excellent hosts. We are already planning our next stay in this house.
