Enjoy the best of Mission Beach in this perfectly placed beach condo that sleeps 5. You are so close you can roller a cooler to step onto the hot sand and feel the cool ocean waves. Or walk across the grass to Belmont Park; San Diego's own local amusement park complete with rides, carnival games, food, and putt-putt golf. You will love our well appointed unit with a full kitchen, in unit laundry, fast WiFi, beach towels and luxury amenities.
The Space:
This is a two bedroom condo on the 2nd floor. Open the patio door and step out onto the balcony to sit and have a drink or grill up some burgers. The breeze is cool and blows right in but you can also use our personal A/C units in each bedroom to stay cool if you wish. The master bedroom has a connected bathroom and the guest bedroom has one right across the hall. You have one assigned parking space. It is tight but will fit up to a mid-sized SUV. The washer and dryer are available and yours to use throughout your stay.
Guest Access:
Guest has access to entire condo and private balcony. Also access to the garage (garage is a shared area with the other garage spots).
The Neighborhood:
Mission Beach is a laid-back neighborhood whose namesake sands attract surfers, sunbathers and volleyball players. A paved path curls around Mission Bay, a popular spot for water sports. Belmont Park is a small amusement park with a wooden roller coaster built in 1925, while SeaWorld San Diego has marine shows and up-close views of orcas and dolphins. Mission Boulevard is lined with casual cafes and eateries.
Getting Around:
Mission Beach is a very walkable town! You can walk on the boardwalk and all the way to Pacific Beach if you wanted to! If you want to get to any other parts of San Diego it's best to drive or use Uber / Lyft.

No pets allowed here per HOA rules - sorry!

San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
