I was genuinely surprised to read this, as I approved an early check-in at your request and immediately followed up after arrival to ask whether everything was satisfactory and whether the cleaners had missed anything. I also provided my direct number for faster contact, but unfortunately did not receive any response during the stay. Neither the guest nor VRBO contacted me regarding any concerns. Had I been made aware of these issues at the time, I would have addressed them immediately. I routinely reimburse guests and personally replace items when something is missing or not functioning, and I would absolutely have done so here. The home is normally stocked with comforters, and our cleaning team is instructed to carefully inspect bathrooms before each arrival. I am following up with them to investigate what may have occurred. The driveway is shown in the listing photos and can feel narrow to some drivers, though most guests navigate it without difficulty. The property is located in an urban area consistent with the listing description and photos. Guest comfort is extremely important to me, and I always encourage communication during a stay so I can resolve anything right away. I truly strive to provide a positive experience for every guest and appreciate the opportunity to improve. For future guests, I want you to feel completely comfortable and welcomed. I live on the property and know my neighbors well—this is a quiet residential block made up of hardworking families. I take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming home, and I’m always available if anything comes up during your stay.
