Summary:
Location, location, location!!! This beautiful and modern townhome with an open-concept living area is located in the heart of Old Town, just steps away from historic Main Street. Blazing fast 1 Gbps internet ensures you will get your work Zoom calls done too. Roughly 2,500 SqFt, this townhome is an ideal home base to explore Park City’s world-class skiing, mountain biking, and entertainment. You will love this one-of-a-kind Park City mountain getaway!

The Space:
Between an incredible location close to both city and slopes and an elegant, modern interior that spares no comforts or details, you can’t go wrong with this townhome for your next visit to Park City. Renovated by the owners to be their primary residence, it has top of the line appliances, furnishings, and amenities not normally found in a vacation rental.

As you enter, you are met with a practical mudroom/entryway area featuring benches along with ski and boot storage for convenient storing of all of your gear. Also has a high power boot drying/warming unit to ensure your boots are dry and toasty for a great day on the slopes.

Up a flight of stairs lies the beautiful and dynamic open-concept kitchen/living/dining area. The chef in your group will love the spacious fully-equipped kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, Wolf induction cooktop, steam oven and roomy Sub-Zero fridge with a double freezer and ice maker.

The kitchen is designed so the whole family or group can be in the kitchen, keeping the cook company while they whip up a delicious gourmet meal. Friends and family gather around a large island with lots of room to mingle and socialize. Really is one of the big highlights of the home.

This floor also features a modern, gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV and roomy sectional, this is the perfect place to relax by the fire or kickback and watch your favorite entertainment. A dining area with seating for eight features breathtaking views from several windows and an adjacent balcony where you can fire up the grill or take in the scenery from outdoors. This area also features a convenient powder bathroom.

The next level up is dedicated to the luxurious Master suite, featuring a King-size bed, gas fireplace, large walk-in closet with a washer and dryer and a spa-like en suite bathroom. The dual-sink vanity, modern soaker tub and large glass shower all make for a perfect place to unwind before settling in for bed next to the cozy fireplace.

The top floor of the home boasts two additional bedrooms, a full-size bathroom with shower and a private outdoor space with a roomy hot tub that can seat eight. It also has an outdoor dining table that can be used for up to six people.

Bedroom #2 features a Queen-size bed, comfortable furnishings and lots of light.
Bedroom #3 is designed to be a multipurpose space with a very comfy queen-size Murphy bed that is fresh and ready for a good night’s rest, but can also be tucked away to open up the room for yoga or exercise.

This 3rd bedroom also has a futon bed that folds down making room for 1-2 people to sleep along with a dedicated desk space that includes a computer monitor and printer. And yes, the 3rd bedroom has a Peloton bike tucked away in a nook facing a window, providing nature views while you break a sweat.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, outdoor spaces and can utilize the driveway space in front of the 295 side of the home for parking.

The Neighborhood:
This location can't be beat. Just off of Deer Valley Drive, it is walking distance to Park City's Old Town and Main Street where entertainment, shopping and dining opportunities abound. World-class skiing and snowboarding awaits at nearby Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resorts, which are less than a 5-minute drive away.

Getting Around:
This home's convenient location not only allows for walking to Main Street and Old Town, but places it within steps of the Old Town Transit Center, where several Park City Transit Bus routes meet. Park City Transit is free and the buses run at regular intervals. The routes from this transit hub connect you with Park City Mountain, Canyons and Deer Valley Resorts.

Other Things to Note:
Please consider using Uber or a private car to arrive in Park City instead of renting a car. Park City has free public buses that are constantly on the go shuttling people around town. Another great thing about this townhome is the buses stop in front of the property every 5 minutes during ski season, and every 10-15 minutes the rest of year.

Time to get to Deer Valley Resort’s lower base area called Snow Park Lodge is a short 5 minute bus ride that drops you a short 100-yard walk to the ski lifts. If you want to start your day at Deer Valley’s Empire Lodge, take the number 9 bus from the transit center just on the other side of the Marsac roundabout. For those who want to ski Park City Mountain Resort, it's a short 10-minute bus ride. And for the Canyons base area, take the #10 express bus and jump on the cabriolet lift to start your day. All these are free and help minimize traffic in Park City plus they save you a lot of money and hassle.

Please note the owners have a black lab, and although we do a very thorough cleaning before each guest arrival, the house may not be suitable for guests with severe allergies to dogs.

Guests are asked to remove their shoes in the convenient mudroom/entryway space.

While there is no garage space available, guests can make use of the driveway directly in front of the garage/property as long as they stay on the left side of the garage door.

The living room TV has Xfinity cable TV plus you can use the Sony remote to access YouTube, Netflix and other over the top media using your own account and login. The living room also features a Sonos sound system that can be used with the Sonos app once you have connected to the WiFi network called “Lee”.

Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.

Perfect location
We loved this property! Three couples stayed for a long weekend to ski and snow mobile and the house was perfect. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms, great private hot tub and the location can not be beat! The bus stop is at end of the drive way and can take you to the resort. It is an easy walk to downtown for food and shopping. We can’t wait to come back!

Deceptive listing
The listing at the time we booked said 3 bedrooms 3-1/2 baths. It should say 2-1/2 beds and 2-1/2 baths. We were 3 couples traveling and would not have booked if we knew we had to share a bathroom. That is not an option for adult couples, especially at a premium price in non peak season. Location was good with shuttle stops right outs side the door and a couple minute walk to bars and restaurants. Master suite and kitchen was very nice, but not a good option for couples traveling together. Plus one bed is a Murphy, bed which is basically a glorified pull out couch. When I pointed out that the listing was incorrect on VRBO. The response I got was we apologize and thanks for calling it to our attention.
