Welcome to your secluded escapade! Spacious main living areas feature tile flooring, a wet bar, and an enclosed sunroom. The bright kitchen has a custom backsplash and opens to the quaintly decorated courtyard. The primary suite has a private bath and spacious closets. The guest bedroom also has a sliding glass door and has access to the customized guest bath. Located just steps from the beach, shopping and dining, it is perfect for a vacation on Amelia Island.

Dog-friendly
No access to the pool from Lagoon Villas.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Confusing parking info from various Vacay folks. Unit decorated nicely. Ants and a few roaches. The request to wash towels and pull sheets is not vacation friendly nor is washer large enough to wash these large loads. Should have a linen service I would think especially for short term rentals.

Great place inside the Omni property

End unit in the villa section. Great serene spot to relax and enjoy your vacation. Good walking paths. It’s 7-10 min walk to the beach (all paved and good signage). Once on the beach it was a great spot with little to no one there (we went end of April). It felt like we had the beach to ourselves!!

Paradise

Amazing little spot. A short walk to the beach. Tons of space for 5 people to spread out. The interior is beautiful down to the knobs on doors and drawers. Sun room is to die for. Took us asking for directions to find the beach, but it was an easy walk once found. The villas are close to each other but you would never know due to the luscious foliage- you feel secluded. The kitchen has everything you need and tons of room for cooking and eating. Beds were comfortable, couch comfortable. Took the dog and she was very happy here. They even have a dog bed there! Plenty of towels, some laundry pods, dishwasher soap, toilet paper and the like. We did buy trashbags, but there was enough to last until we went to the store. Highly recommend this clean, airy villa. We will try to book here again next time we are down. We travel a lot, and this spot was perfect.

Hideaway by Everything

Private end unit hidden by tropical vegetation. Perfect space for 2 (or even more), nicely decorated and more than enough towels, blankets, and kitchen utensils, dishes and flatware. Super comfy bed and pillows. Loved reading in the enclosed rear patio and just watching the birds and wildlife (mostly squirrels, lol). Beach access is a 5 min. walk and a short drive to downtown Amelia Island shops and restaurants. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Peaceful!

This is not my first rental. Sime have been wonderful, some good, some extremely disappointing. This rental was just perfect for our family and pet. Quiet, surrounded by trees and absolutely clean, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cozy and Quiet

These villas are located within a large resort, so they're packed very tightly. That being said, our stay was very quiet, and because of the foliage in the backyard area, it feels quite secluded. However, the restaurants within the resort area are overpriced, and the area overall feels a bit too touristy. Beach access from this villa was about a 10-minute walk, which was nice.

Amazing location

The condo was located at the end which made it private and secluded. The glass sun porch was amazing and we ate dinner out there several times. We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful secluded environment

The developers did a wonderful job preserving the natural flora and this home has beautiful views of the surroundings. Very private. Spacious kitchen and living area. Great parking. Love the paths for walking and biking keeping guests safely off the roads.

parts of the home need a refresh and cleaning , spray for bugs roach, spiders, flies, ants

Door knobs on entry closet fell off needs to be fixed, sliding screen doors need cleaning and so do the extra blankets.. Need fresh towels in Master Bed room and the shower rod needs replacement.

Amelia island vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, updated and comfortable. The location is behind manned gates at the Omni which is a great safety factor. The walk to the beach was only about 10 minutes but next time would bring a beach wagon to haul our things back and forth. Easy access to downtown Fernandina with great restaurants. Can’t wait to book again for next year!

Perfect!

Condo was spotless on arrival. Loved the “jungly” feel surrounded by lush greenery. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. Great location within short walk of beach. Easy parking, and no stairs. Just a lively condo.

Great place! Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Without realizing it when we booked it, our vacation home was situated right in the hub of the Omni resort. We could walk to shops, restaurants and even the beach if we wanted, or just walk the bike paths! We could bike around the property, and if we stayed in, it was quiet and enjoyable, especially with the foliage in the backyard and the birds waking us up! The only issue we had was we thought the floors could have been cleaner. We also had an incident with the landscaping company, who literally busted through our locked gate so they could clean. Very odd and uncalled for! But other than that, we had a great stay, and we would definitely come back in the future!

Super nice villa with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The view from inside makes you feel like you are in a rain forest. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. We loved our month long stay. Outdoor porch with sun would have been nice.

Short term stay

We needed a place while renovations on our home nearby are being completed. This Villa was lovely, nicely updated, good furniture selections, excellent lighting. We did not cook while there but the kitchen was well equipped for a cook. Highly recommend. Nice walk in trail to beach

Tranquil Retreat

My husband and I (and our pup) enjoyed our stay in this clean, quiet and lovely villa. The gorgeous, lush vegetation in the back of the property make for a tropical paradise feel. The beach is just a short walk away and is dog-friendly, which we appreciated. We also loved the walking/biking trails throughout the plantation. We highly recommend this property and hope to visit again soon!

Best VRBO stay ever!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at VRBO properties a few times a year andI have to say this was the cleanest ever, the most beautiful location (that sunroom is a dream!), it was decorated cute and it was a short paved wooded walk to the beach. We booked short notice but we were not disappointed! The outdoor foliage was like a movie and we very much enjoyed the privacy it provided as well. It was also nice to have enough laundry and dish soap to make it thru the week as some places give you only one. Having the washer and dryer was a life saver bc it was very hot and our beach towels needed to be laundered daily. As a guest I recommend bringing a beach wagon to haul your chairs and cooler and if your going out walking during warm months pack or purchase some bug spray. If I had to be really picky I’d say hopefully the master shower will be updated as nice as the guest shower is soon. Overall, we loved it and can’t wait to book this same place again.
