Welcome to Regency Tower! This 6th floor, 2 bed/2 bath unit sleeps 6 and is ideal for family and friends. Relax on your balcony while taking in views, smells, and sounds of the Gulf. Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, resting after a long afternoon at the beach, or a wind down in the evening. This unit offers a full kitchen, washer and dryer, 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, a full pull-out sleeper sofa, and dining room table seating for 6 plus additional bar seating. The master bedroom has a large closet, flat screen TV, and access to your private balcony. Both bathrooms have a standard layout with stand-up showers. Don't forget to visit the gulf front pool with accompanying cabana bar for a cold refreshing treat.

Besides the Gulf of Mexico, Panama City Beach has much more to offer our visitors. There is Pier Park, an outdoor mall with over a million sq. feet of shopping, dining, and entertainment areas has something for everyone to enjoy. The county and city piers, Golfing clubs, St. Andrews state park a great place to snorkel. Wonderworks, plenty of putt putt places, and Shell Island state park are just the beginning with entertainment for the whole family you won't want to miss.

Dated decor but great location. Pools are beautiful and beach is beautiful. Fairly well equipped kitchen, so we were able to prepare all our meals at the condo.

4 Star Properties is the best!!

This was hands down the best property management company we’ve ever worked with on one of our many Vrbo getaways. 4 Star Properties called us the day before we left to make sure we had all the information we needed & to see if we had an additional questions about our stay. Upon arrival, we did run into a few more questions & they were right on it, and extremely polite and very helpful! The place was very clean and exactly as described.

Needs work!

First let me say that the management company and cleaning staff were wonderful to work with, and I am extremely grateful for that! The property however, is dated and quite simply in dire need of paint and repairs. Extremely dated and old. Not just wear tear stuff. I took my Mom, daughter and grands. Would I rent again, absolutely not.

Family vacay

We love regency towers and have stayed there many times. This was our first time in this condo and we would stay again. The condo had ample space and was clean. It had all the things we needed. The only complaint was the washer wouldn’t spin so the clothes would be soaking wet. We had to figure out which cycle to wash on and could only wash one or two items at a time. I did call maintenance and let them know but no one ever came while we were there. That would not deter me from staying again.

The area was great, close to Resturants and Shopping.

Horrible showers. Mold and broken shower doors. Broken toilet that my husband had to fix. Door to the balcony would NOT open. The couch had a sink hole that you sank so far down, you couldn’t get out of it. I tried calling and emailing the owner and never a response. Very disappointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location! The condo itself was clean but definitely needed some updating. Some of the tiles on the balcony were broke. The lazy boy in the living room would just randomly open. There was no back splash behind the stove. The vent in the living room was hanging out the wall. Our fridge did not work when we arrived and Four Star Condos was very prompt about getting us a new one! Other then the condo needed those few repairs/upgrades my experience with Four Star Condo's was great!

We always choose Regency Towers!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 4th year with Regency Towers and we'll definitely be back. For the first time, we encountered an issue; washer wouldn't drain. After calling, they had someone at our door the next morning! The only thing I would complain about is the balcony and a few "minor scuffs" and a few needed updates, such as stiff blinds. Looks as if a hammer was taken to some of the balcony tiles... but it wasn't enough for us to be comcerned about the integrity of the balcony; purely cosmetic. We would definitely stay in this specific condo again.

Home away from home!

Clean and beautiful condo that overlooked the pool and had great views of the beach. Only downside is the super-slow elevators, but we we used the stairs except during check-in and check-out.
