We don't allow bookings for just a specific number of rooms (no private room). - Only bookings are permitted for the entire portion of the bungalow.

By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to the following house rules:  No smoking inside. Any evidence of smoking inside will incur additional cleaning fees.(upto 50$)  No guests or visitors without prior approval.  Please be respectful of the neighbors and minimize all noise between 9pm- 8am. 2  Loss of keys/swipes/remotes or parking permits will incur replacement charges. Please advise immediately if any of these are lost.  No gatherings, parties or unsocial behavior will be tolerated.  No pets.  Please respect the property as if it was your own.  Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.  Number of guests should not exceed the number state don't he Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.  Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly, this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. If any parties are found to have been held at the property a $1000 fine will be charged to the guest.  A replacement fee will be charged for towels & linen stained by hair dyes,bleaches, tanning blood & make up and greasy burnt saucepans. Fingerprints and food spillages caused by infants must be cleaned also. 3  Please note that there is no need to clean bed linen or towels as these will be professionally laundered. Keys may be left in the house or returned personally, by arrangement.  Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.  Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.  No smoking is allowed in the building.  Please note that the person who makes this booking must present their driver's license or passport to our housekeeper to photograph before the keys are handed over. We will require 2 forms of photo ID to be emailed to us prior to your arrival for each adult staying in your booking. Check In & Check Out Check in: Usually after 2pm. or as arranged. Check out: Usually before 11am. or as arranged. The cleaners will generally arrive after 11am on the day of departure. . 4 On Departure Policy 1. Please check that no personal items have been left behind. 2. Please clear the fridge of any unwanted items. 3. Please wash any dishes and/or stack the dishwasher. 4. Leave the beds as is for changing by the cleaners. 5. Place any used towels, mats and face towels in the bath for collection. 6. Make sure to return the parking permits to the desk. 7. Put a set of keys in the key safe and leave the second set on the desk. 8. Close and lock the windows and doors on departure. 9. Please report any lost items, breakages or matters requiring attention. Note: You must also acknowledge No parking on property - Two free all day parking permits are provided. These should be displayed on the vehicles dashboard.
