Guests have the entire space to themselves! Free parking up on the hilltop of Point Pleasant. In the villa you’ll also find items for your personal use such as beach chairs, cooler, snorkel equipment, beach towels, pool noodles. And of course you`ll have access to regular resort amenities such as all three pools, the on-site shuttle (9-6) and small intimate Sugar Beach.

We always recommend a rental car for your vacation - we have free parking.

There is a resort shuttle to take you around Point Pleasant from 9am to 6pm.



Being very frequent visitors on St. Thomas we’ll be happy to personally recommend the best excursions, share our opinion on favorite places or anything you’d like to know about the island ( e.g. grocery or other shopping)



Occasionally the island electric company WAPA will have an issue with their service and you may experience an unexpected power outage; sometimes this is island-wide and sometimes it only affects certain areas but it has nothing to do with the resort or our villa so unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about it. Should this happen, you’ll also temporarily lose running water (which also means no toilet flushing) but there should be bottles of water under the bathroom sink to pour in the tank if needed. Should you experience a power outage, the restaurants on Point Pleasant have independent generators and so does the lobby, but it’s a perfect opportunity to unplug and go to the beach or explore different places on the island. Most locals are used to this but I truly understand this is not the norm for everyone else – hopefully you can roll with it and look around at the beautiful views and appreciate the beauty along with the quirks of island life!
