We have stayed at Pinnacle before and enjoyed our stay. The description of our two prior stays was accurate, but the location and the difficulty getting to this unit were not great.There were lots of stairs and lots of walking. We had to contact the help center for help getting into the unit. Lock did not work in the door. You had to put in the code fast to get it to work and there many numbers. Could not get into the king size bed as I am short. Not impressed. So sorry.

The condo was lovely and had everything we needed for our short stay. I did have issues with hair on the sheets and was assured they were fresh. Thankfully there was a washer and dryer there so I ended up washing them irregardless. Other than that, it was good. We loved watching the deer right off the balcony.

The outside of the complex is looking worn down but the owner has done a good job of keeping the inside of the unit in great condition. The pool/hottub recreation area was also well maintained.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The temps never got out of the sixties. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, the fire place is real, the master bed's a bit creaky and the high chairs on the balcony are comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

All around great condo

We loved the comfy beds. Condo had everything we needed. But be aware first floor does not mean no steps. And the pool was great.

Updated condo with everything we needed!

Had a great stay here, very clean! Not too many places to eat in the area, so it was nice to have a place to bring our groceries and cook/prepare meals.Close to Grandfather Mountain. Otter Falls Trail was the real gem nearby.My kids found the pool and hot tub to be very “retro.” They had fun taking pics. Pool house was clean.

Very nice

One of the nicest vrbo's I've stayed in. One thing we enjoyed was that the sun set behind the building so the afternoons and evenings were very pleasant on the balcony. Even the frying pans are nice which I seldom see in rentals

Peaceful Getaway

Sweet Escape was everything we needed for our long weekend getaway. Clean and well stocked. We had a sweet surprise of a deer coming right up to the railing of the balcony. Kids loved the pool and my husband appreciated the fitness area. We will definitely book Sweet Escape again next year(4th year in a row) for our family vacation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Condo access

The condo was very nice. The difficult part was getting to it once on site! There were not directions on how to get to the unit from the parking lot(s). It was extremely confusing. My advice would be to give a map and/or written directions to the unit. Otherwise, awesome stay.

Enjoyable time away

Enjoyed a few days away. Very quiet place and felt like a home away from home. Had 1 issue with something not working right, but maintenance came quickly and fixed. We have already planned to come back this fall to stay again.

Great stay

The complex is a bit older but this unit was very well decorated and felt updated and cozy. Very spacious and perfect for 4 people. Only 4 minutes from Beech Mountain slopes, which was very continent and just up the hill from a great pizza shop. Loved the amenities including hot tub, sauna, steam room, and indoor pool. Only complaint would be that the amenities building opened at 9:30am and closed at 10pm. There were multiple moments when my friends and I wanted to go in earlier and/or later

Great place to relax after a day on the slopes!

We truly enjoyed the redone condo after skiing each day. It is one of the few places I have found there that has a King bed which is nice! Our daughter enjoyed having her own room to relax in. We played the games that were in the condo and cooked in kitchen. The kitchen had all the pots/pans and utensils we needed!

Everything you need - close to Beech Mountain Resort

Solid, clean, affordable option for a Beech Mountain getaway. I typically spend most of my days on the slopes, and this condo was a very comfortable place to come back to. Well stocked, good amount of space, full-kitchen, comfortable living room with ample seating, large laundry room with supplies, great water pressure and heat. The game room, indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna were a nice plus if you're comfortable in a public area meeting new people. It was a decent walk up and down stairs to reach specific condo, but not a suprise given the description and past reviews. Though I went in winter, I saw a ton of outdoor games for summer weather - pickleball, shuffleboard, picnic tables, etc. If you're not looking for private cabin stay, this is a great option for families and friends where you'll feel comfortable, have some bonus amenities, and still be close to all of the Beech Mountain activities.

6th Thanksgiving Week at Pinnacle Inn (and best)

My wife and two sons spend every Thanksgiving at the Pinnacle Inn.and have stayed in 6 different condos (We've stayed in one twice but have gone outside of Thanksgiving). We always stay 5-7 days. This condo is the nicest, most up to date thus far and we WILL be booking it super early to make sure we get it again next year. Don't get it wrong, there are a lot of up to date nice condos at the resort. However, this one had a digital heat thermostat for the living room and kitchen (that's a first). It was renovated to be very modern and has all nice appliances, beds, showers, pots, pans, crock pot, everything you need. The two greatest things about this one versus other modern condos IS, The big laundry room, big washer and dryer! AND most importantly a 55 gallon water heater! We all could shower without freezing or waiting forever in between! Most the others have a 35 gallon (or smaller thrown in a closet). The beds slept amazingly the location is nice. You can tell the owners wanted a nice place for THEM and their guest not just a cheap rental place. I WILL be back!

Great Unit

This Beech Mountain was spacious, comfortable and clean with good amenities. The views were great and it was nice to have laundry facilities in the unit. It is a long walk from parking to get to the entry way, but easily walkable.
