🌴CASA COCO-CORAL maximum nightly occupancy is 6 adults + children...Visitors are welcome, even overnight, as long as the villa remains within the maximum occupancy.

🌴Receipt is provided for the $15 nightly utilities fee that is payable by cash in US or peso currency on arrival...Utilities includes air condition, electricity, propane, internet, cable as well as an endless supply of bottled water

🌴$100 REFUNDABLE key/towel deposit is payable by cash in US or pesos on arrival and returned prior to departure once keys and towels are accounted for...Missing or damaged key $11 US, Missing or damaged hand towel $10 US, Missing or damaged bath towel $15 US & missing or damaged pool towel $20 US
