L'appartement spacieux et lumineux est situĂ© Ă  l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur d'une maison de 2 familles. Grandes fenĂȘtres et un grand balcon donnant sur Alpspitze et Zugspitze. La situation est trĂšs calme.
Une grande chambre avec 2 lits simples et une chambre de 12 m2 avec un lit "queen size" et un lit simple.
D'autres arrangements de couchage dans le salon (lit pliant solide pour jusqu'à 2 personnes et matelas supplémentaire sur le mur. Salle de bains avec baignoire et douche séparées et lave-linge.
cuisine avec plaques de cuisson, four, bonnes casseroles et poĂȘles Ă  double Ă©vier avec Ă©gouttoir et lave-vaisselle entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e.

A very nice apartment for staying in Garmisch, especially for families with kids. We did have some initial trouble getting the check in instructions from the host and with parking (small lot was full), after that it was smooth sailing.

Incredible Views

The property was extremely nice, and the layout was perfect. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance, and plenty to do in the area. Will be staying there again soon.

Wonderful visit to Garmisch

I enjoyed my stay here very much, and I have stayed in this property before. Lots of room, very clean, great location and so quiet. The balcony view is beautiful and the service and communication with the owner is excellent! Thank you very much for a great week!

Stunning views of the Alps from the porch! Spacious and comfortable!

Our two boys agreed that this was the most wonderful place we stayed as a family during our trip to Germany. The flat is in a chalet with a huge Pritchett for sitting and viewing the Alps. It was gorgeous and quiet. Inside was very comfortable with beds for everyone and a huge living space for hanging out or playing games. We would highly recommend this place.

The house is clean and orderly, and has a vintage feel to it that we found locationally charming given the neighborhood. As the house is set back a ways from the street, you feel enveloped in the quietness of the neighborhood. The furnishings inside are older, but clean and functional. There are a handful of nearby groceries that can easily be walked to! The sleeping quarters are spacious, but the bedding could be improved by better linens are pillows - consider bringing your own pillow as we all found these quite flat. The kitchen is small but certainly workable for cooking, although you’ll have to plan to pick up all the basic amenities including salt, pepper, oil, etc, as these were not provided. Ultimately, we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Grandparents and Granddaughter

The unit is not hard to find using GPS. It is spacious and located so that the huge balcony looked out to the German Alps. The kitchen is well appointed and the bathroom has a tub and an enclosed shower. There is some mold in the bathroom at the intersection of the ceiling and two walls. This unit is in a great location for visiting Garmisch-Partenkirchen and other sites in the area. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice

The property provided a lot of space with a nice large balcony, and pleasant mountain views. It was also well located and within a short walking distance of the center of town, restaurants, and supermarkets. The owner was responsive and her instructions upon arrival were clear and precise. Also, a great location for a short car ride to many attractions. The unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils, spices, and linens. It was clean and bright. We would highly recommend if you are planning on visiting Garmisch.

Perfect Location

Beautiful classic home with nice big windows that open and gorgeous views from the porch. The only downside was I had to fold towels and sheets that were hanging to dry when we arrived, but fixable. My only real complaint is no handle to turn on bath. A bathtub is always what I look for before renting anywhere. The bathtub is nice but you cannot turn it on.

Large apartment in good location

This was a large apartment in a good location. There is a grocery, bakery, and bus stop within about a 5 min walk. The apartment itself was clean but worn. Very little attention is given to supporting the guest experience for English only speakers with critical information such as how to operate the washing machine or access the bicycles missing. That said, the location and size of the apartment are so good that if you can look beyond the other issues (bring your own soap and toilet paper) this apartment is very nice for family groups.

Really amazing view, and comfortable place with lots of room to spread out. However it did not seem that it was ready for us to arrive. Coffee maker completely disassembled, no soap for hands in bathroom or kitchen, drying rack full of bedding, towels in dryer. Would have liked to know we need to bring coffee beans as we arrived after stores were closed.

Ein gelungener Skikurzurlaub

Die Wohnung befindet sich nicht weit von der Talstation Hausberg, was uns einen enormen Zeitvorsprung gegeben hat. Man muss bedenken, dass der Parkplatz an der Talstation eine sehr begrenzte KapazitĂ€t hat und in der kĂŒrzester Zeit - spĂ€testen bis 9:00 Uhr morgens - schon voll war. Die Wohnung ist schon aber sehr alt und lange nicht renoviert. Das Bad im Bereich des Fensters verschimmelt. Die Badewanne konnte man nicht benutzen, weil die Armatur defekt war. An dieser Stelle fehlte eine entsprechende RĂŒckmeldung seitens Vermieter. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief einwandfrei. Auf alle Fragen gab sofort eine Antwort. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe sehr einfach.

Wunderbar gelegene Ferienwohnung, in die Jahre gekommen

Die Ferienwohnung ist erstklassig gelegen: Vom Balkon und dem Wohnzimmer schaut man direkt auf die Alpspitze. Es ist sehr ruhig, auf der anderen Seite sind es nur ca. 500m zum Ortskern. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und weist starke Abnutzungserscheinungen auf. Auf der anderen Seite verleiht es der Wohnung einen speziellen Charme. Zudem wĂ€re an diversen Stellen ein Handwerker notwendig. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief reibungslos und war sehr bemĂŒht. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Gorgeous Views

Lovely, spacious apartment with good location and incredible mountain views. Hosts very accomodating. Only issues we encountered were a lack of hygiene products (no handsoap, shampoo, or conditioner that we could find) and all the pillows being feather (a member of our party had an allergy). Otherwise, perfect property for a week in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and surrounding areas.

Great stay and excellent communication

As other reviewers have noted, this property is a little dated. When we checked in, it felt a little bit like walking into my great-grandma's house when I was a child, as many of the furnishings and dishes, etc., reminded me of the 1980s/90s. But, it really kind of added to the charm of the place. We didn't mind it at all. We were so comfortable here. Lots of room, and a big enough kitchen to cook in. The view is incredible, and it was just a relaxing place to stay. We'd stay there again. While there, we had a few questions for the owners of the property, and they were incredibly responsive and very helpful. It was "neat as a pin" when we arrived. We felt we got great value for the price.

Die Sauberkeit lĂ€sst zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Die Fenster klemmen beim schließen und sind nicht geputzt. Außerdem ist das Isolierglas"blind" und hat Feuchtigkeit gesaugt. Die ganze WE ist veraltet und unbedingt renovierungsbedĂŒrftig.

Sehr netter Vermieter

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr gut gewesen. Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr zentral in GAP, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Zustand der Wohnung war sauber aber doch sehr renovierungsbedĂŒrftig. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.
